Reviewed By prasanjits2021Visited the resort with friends and family and had a wonderfull experience. The pros are, excellent service, food is good and reasonable. The location is perfect and ambience is good. Cons are monkeys and tents are bit aged but amenity wise is value for money. Must visit if planning with a large group. Hoping to visit again in future.

Wonderful ambience and good recreational facilities such as Table Tennis, Pool game, swimming pool etc. Improvement areas- some facilities like carrom board needs to be improved, balcony view of some rooms can be better, wifi facility should be made available. But all in all good experience.

Reviewed By StephenC479The hotel was a bit of a disappointment. The room was nice, clean, bright, modern and the meal I had in the restaurant was good. However, I couldn't get water warmer than tepid out of the shower, WiFi only works in reception, nowhere else, even though the information on Booing.com says it is available in every room! The hotel is very noisy, mostly the guests (families with children) but the staff frequently shout at each other from one floor to the next. It was also a bit disconcerting to be told twice, when I tried to check in, that there was no room and they were full - despite having a confirmed and paid for reservation. Finally, after searching in several books, they agreed that I did indeed have a room.

Madhai is bit unexplored place for the tourists who are not familiar to MP or Vidarbha. Beautiful scenic place, a forest reserve. You have to preplan the Jungle safari by booking it online to do safari in Madhai. This resort location is good and nearer to river as well as gates of the satpura Tiger reserve. It is basic resort but location s very good. The owner pays personal attention to all requirements and service is also good. If you want to spend calm and cool mornings and evenings in the jungle, this is the place for you. It is near to BISON hotel of MPTC.

Worst hotel ever seen, no humanity.
Reviewed By 341ankitpI booked a room on 11/12/19 through oyo, when I reached to check in the hotel at 11p.m ,the reception rudely told me that they have not tied up with oyo and there are no such booking done for me.then I called oyo service they have long conversations and end up with no results. I told staff to book me other room now they even not booked other room suffering my small child and family. However, I booked room in other hotel at midnight.consequently, staff service is worst and no humanity is there in this hotel mnr resort pipariya.
