The Barracuda brings together fine dining with a casual, seafront atmosphere. We have the most extensive brunch menu in Belize, including a daily breakfast buffet. In the evening, choose from our selections of fine seafood, steaks, and pasta. We also have an extensive drink menu available for both meals.

We ate many meals, lunch and dinner, at Barracuda during our week in Hopkins. The beach setting and the great food and drink was a blissful combination. Our favorites included Daiquiris that invoked visions of Hemingway, coconut encrusted snapper that was grilled to perfection, and a coconut flan that won the debate when we considered which of our favorite places to visit for our final night's dinner. The service was the best we experienced during our stay. We agreed that the restaurant was our favorite among a great lineup of choices.

The waitress never took the time to explain what we were ordering or how to eat it! After struggling through the meal we watched a local customer order the same selection and properly mix the various items together. If they would have taken a few minutes to explain the cuisine and how the local people eat it I would have enjoyed it. By then it was too late to enjoy it.

You can have your meals prepared in the kitchen, or cooked directly at your table on a 700F hot Rock, the 'Love on the Rocks' concept. Enjoy a 4 course gourmet menu or 'a la Carte' options while zipping a tantalizing cocktail overlooking the Caribbean sea. We do welcome vegetarians and will cater to any menu restriction, within reason.

Chef Rob's was right next door to our villa and we ate here twice. Both meals were excellent and well prepared. Nice friendly staff and excellent food. His salads and vegetable plates are unique. He goes out of his way to find vegetables that the other resorts don't offer and they are very well prepared.
I had shrimp both times but prepared differently. I enjoyed them both. If you go to Hopkins don't miss Chef Rob's.

Located on the main street in the heart of Hopkins. Small and cozy outside deck, garden palapa, ambient music, WiFi. Friendly stuff. Serving breakfast and lunch. Variety of coffees, teas, shakes, smoothies, juices, sodas, hangover cocktails, beer and wine. BREAKFAST: Great omelets w/fruits, home-made granola, bagels, french toast and more. LUNCH: Salads, sandwiches, wraps, pastas and more. GIFT SHOP: with local wood crafts, souvenirs, paintings. Printed T-shirts and other clothing.

Very nice place with good, friendly service and nice outdoor sitting. There is wide offering of breakfasts, omelett with toast is good. Also good that you can have plain yoghurt with granula. Good, strong wifi. Recommended!

Just opened about 6 months ago - serves pizza and pasta, has a bar, sits on the beach with some volleyball and games at times, cute decor and great owners - expats from Canada. Really good pizza, nice break from the local food if you need it.

Nice little restaurant on the beach. Service was okay. Pizza was very good but expensive for just one large pizza. Washrooms were clean.

All in all it is very good. While some of the baked goods (muffins, etc) fell into the "good but not spectacular" category, the bread and rolls from Caitlin were truly great. Totally worth it to get bread to make sandwiches to take on day trips or just much on the beach. A little hard to find and you'll be convinced that you've gotten lost on your way, but worth it. And Caitlin is really friendly and nice, as well.

This is the same venue as Chef Robs and they ar NOT 2 different restaurants so do not get confused as we did!Hi Studd, Chef Rob's Gourmet Cafe and Love on the Rocks were 2 restaurants located shoulder to shoulder at Parrot Cove Lodge. The pork chops were 1 inch thick covered in caramelized onions, and the side was roasted baby potatoes. Probably the best food I had the whole trip! Must go!

Tina's Kitchen has been opened since 2011 and is currently at it's third location since business started due to the demand for more and more Seating . The Owner Ms. Tina as she is known decided to start her own small business after working at various resorts where she mastered her cooking craft in Belizean Cuisine and the traditional Garifuna dishes which is a part of her rich culture. At Tina's you won't see fancy dining sets and so fort but the meals that are basically home cook and made to order is what keeps quest coming back. We have a very small staff of hard working Belizeans that are ready to cater to your needs and they always try their best to insure the Customers leave happy. So the next time you are in Hopkins Village, Belize or planning a vacation to Belize then you would want to put Tina's on your list of places to dine. I can assure you the experiences will be worth it.

The only reason we even went to Tina’s Kitchen is that there were supposed to be drummers on a particular Friday evening. I would definitely ask them whether the drummers will be there. It’s a really cool experience. Otherwise I’d stay clear of the place. It took us 20 minutes to get a beer and a margarita. The service is terrible. The nachos we ordered later were surprisingly good though. It rained on us through the tarp they use for a roof.
