- Untoasted bun for sogginess; check- Lettuce under meat patty to wilt in seconds; check- Overworked, dense patty of low grade beef; check- Lots of sinew to get stuck between your teeth; check- Strange seating rules despite being empty; check- Cute and kitschy U.S. styling; checkOverall: not inedible. Ok, I cannot take credit for finding this place, a good Friend of mine who know how to wine and dine recommend it and I was not disappointed. An amazingly small but beautifully prepared menu with lots of local specials including many dishes using ingredients not just from Hokkaido but also Niseko. Great salads, superb venison sausage and home made Yuzu drinks. The lady that runs it is polite, helpful and efficient. Try it you will love it.

A great fun place that has great music and a God vibe all and all. They also make a mean cocktail of amaretto sour I think it was that was delicious (and would love the recipe). The bar bites were also delicious with a Japanese and western choice.

How good is this little spot! This was highly recommended by friends and so was the Shabu Shabu and Im so stoked I went as it was just so good!!! I’d go back tonight if I could! Yum!!

Exceptional drinks. Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly and accommodating staff that are the best I came across in Niseko. For some relaxed drinks after a day on the mountain you can’t go wrong. If you’re going to Niseko you must add this to your to-do lists.
