Let me start off with: I've never met more hospitable and welcoming staff and owners in a family-run Japanese Inn before. I've stumbled into a hidden treasure! The inn has authentic and historic decorations that are fascinating for visitors to the region. The food is unique with both Japanese style and fusion French Japanese that the owner cooks himself. Don't even get me started on the Onsen! The hot bath (and the private bathroom within the room) makes me feel like I've come to a spa. Everything they provide is the best here, from lotion to tea. This is a must stay hotel if you are even coming close to the region.
