5 mins walk from train station, in the restaurant district. Tried the spicy ramen and the popular char siew ramen, both have tasty broth and ramen with excellent texture. You will get to choose the level of spiciness, i was advised to take level 2 instead if level 5 which i had chosen. It was not that spicy afterall, however, the chilli oil will make the soup a little too oily if i had up the level. Partner loved the char siew, said that it was very tender. Service was prompt and friendly. English menu available. Free flow of iced water.

This place was open late, so my boyfriend and I decided to give it a try because of the good Tripadvisor reviews. We absolutely loved the atmosphere and especially enjoyed the meat! My boyfriend kept on ordering all the yakitori on the menu because everything was so juicy and flavorful! If you are in Furano, I would recommend that you pop in here for something delicious!

We were looking for a place for dinner and found this spot close to our B&B.We didnât have high expectations as this was a simple, family-run joint, but were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful ramen. Ordered the soup curry ramen (950 Yen) and butter jaga ramen (900 Yen) - both Hokkaido specialty style ramen. Broth was very light (welcome change from the usual heavy broth weâd been having), and absolutely flavourful. The decor was charming and rustic, something Iâd imagine from a Murakami novel. The host was really warm and kind - she made us an origami crane on our departure. Will be back for more!

Came here cos my mom have a hankering for soba noodles. She had the duck while my dad had the pork hot noodles. It was really delicious in comparison to typical Chinese noodles soup..I had just cold soba though it came simple but I can't stop just enjoy the simplicity. Good suggestion from Google map.

We ordered katsudon (¥1350) was tasty and big portion. Meat was tender. Sauce was a little too much. Sashimi was about ¥500 for a standard piece of sashimi. We ordered 3 types and costs us ¥1,500. Chef salad was fantastic with crunchy toasted almond. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive Lthough they speak very little English. 2 carparks available, next and in front of the restaurant. 300ml cold sake was around ¥1200

The owner of the hotel/apartment where we stayed recommended this place. He says he and his family comes here at least once a month! They don't speak much english but we managed to order, and the owner(?), an old man, gave us recommendations and even told us NOT to order so much, as two plates of beef, with the standard vegetables it comes with is more than enough! How true it was!! and the dips to dip the beef in!!.. excellent.Would have come back again if we stayed long enough.

Is is a sushi restaurant in downtown Furano.
My family was staying at Chalet Fuyuri in Furano and one of the eateries that the reception staff recommended to us was this sushi train restaurant. It was quite easy to find using map code and there were seven to eight free parking spaces. Very typical Japan restaurant where most of the menu written on the wall were in Japanese. They do have an English menu. We ordered some from the menu and asked for special recommendations from the staff who were very friendly and tried her best to understand us. The Sushi was very fresh, one of the best we have eaten in Hokkaido. You must try their chawamushi (egg), really out of this world and tasted so different from those I had in Singapore. We swallowed at least 21 plates of sushi plus bowls of udon. It only costed less than 4000 yen, very reasonable price and it totally worth the price we paid. I had marked it down as the place to try again in my next trip in Furano.

On a cold night, the popular nabe warms you up..! Hubby loves the beef sashimi and believes itâs one of the best he has tasted. Kids had curry tonkatsu which is also surprisingly good. We had other sides, including a spicy tofu and steamed yellow corn. One of the better restaurant option in Furano.

This Teppan yaki restaurant is Not Steak house. It is Okonomi-yaki (Japanese pizza), Cooking on the teppan, and Pork rib with fire. Our sales point is atmosphere shop. Staff can speak English and very friendly. We can accept any Vegetarian and Allergie pe
We had to queue for the sushi train about 5 blocks away so came here for a quick snack. Ordered gyoza and curry rice. The restaurant was already full when we arrived just over 6pm. We managed to get a table and food came relatively quickly. Gyoza was average but the curry rice was really nice with some spicyness. The chef at the teppanyaki was putting on quite a show with the flame. Would recommend for a local affordable eatery!
