A traditional Japanese sushi counter experience. Let our experienced sushi masters prepare today's freshest ocean delicacies.
... in one hour, all you can eat sushi. At ¥4,000 for lunch, it is the most reasonable price for what you get at the Hilton Niseko. You start off with five pieces of chef selection sushi. Then, order from a limited sushi menu all you can eat. All the sushi was good and the chefs were professional and did not "over rice" the sushi in order to stuff you.Skip breakfast and come hungry. If you are able to eat twenty pieces, you will get your money's worth.

Boasting 50 years of tradition from Kutchan, Yukitei Niseko Restaurant brings authentic Hokkaido cuisine from the farm and sea to the table. Our signature Gosetsu Udon is made from 100% Kutchan potatoes and bathed in the family's secret dashi stock. Melt
Great lunch menu. We ordered the tempura prawn rice bowl and the deluxe sashimi/seafood rice bowl. Both were phenomenal! We also ordered a tray/box of uni (sea urchin) which was 10,000 yen but it was worth it. Super sweet and no nasty seafood aftertaste like some uni has. We went back the second day because the food and quality was so good! Weâre definitely coming back on our next visit!

Came here for lunch bc all the options on the mountain were expensive and mediocre. Really great flavours. Husband had chicken with coconut soup and daughter had the meatballs in original soup. Chose 3 for spice but could have done 4-5 I think. Also served with rice which you dunk in the soup. Yum.

I gather this place is pretty famous - dinner bookings a must. Sitting seemingly on its own in the quieter, lower part of Niseko village amongst the web of snow covered lanes. A classic single-level timber restaurant with wooden tables, lovely vibe and exceptional food. Loved it.

Abuch 2 is one of the most popular restaurants in Hirafu. The menu contains fresh Hokkaido produce and created as Modern Japanese dishes. Also more than 300 special drinks are served at the bar area. Abucha 2 has 100 seats and small separate Japanese-styl
This is one of our Niseko favourites - great atmosphere, and great menu & food. Always full and buzzing - they allow a certain number of tables for walk-ins each night, but we always book ahead online. The Hokkaido corn and Sukiyaki are definitely our favourites!

I went with my partner and two children and arrived around 5.40pm which worked out well because we managed to get a table straight away so itâs worth getting there around opening to guarantee a table. The restaurant is only small, however itâs quite cosy and the food was very good. My partner and I had the Niseko Ramen (had pay extra for meat and eggs) which was awesome and definitely worth getting. The children had clear Ramen which they said was alright but not amazing. I personally think itâs worth a visit, the reason for a drop in the rating was the children saying the food was alright, paying extra for meat and eggs and we felt it was a little on the expensive side. Our bill came to nearly 6000 yen for the four of us. Upon leaving the restaurant around 6.30pm it was getting quite busy, with people and families queuing out the door.

Most of the food in Niseko are generally pricey than other parts of Japan. Therefore, it is nice to find this restaurant serving good value meals. The ramen broth is full of flavour and the servings are generous. The guoza are nicely cooked to crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. It is worth the wait even though the food may not be the best in Niseko but it is of good value.

We come here every time we are in Niseko. The sashimi and sushi are outstanding. I would eat here every day if I didnât have to take a cab from the Hirafu village. Itâs 4 miles total which isnât far but in winter weather itâs far. Get the omikase and enjoy the local sake! I didnât like the hairy crab or mackerel but others in my group loved them.

Swing by this beautiful woody restaurant and experience what Niseko is all about! Luckyfingers is the place for great Japanese tapas-style food and a wide variety of beers, cocktails and sake. Located just a 2-min walk from the slopes in Niseko Annupuri.
If your hungry and or thirsty after riding snow in Niseko United ski area, make your way over the Luckyfingers izakaya style food at the base of Annupuri ski lifts. Great lunch dishes and amazing menu for dinner. Fun relaxed feeling with delicious flavors! Mix of traditional Japanese and America flavors. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Enjoy!
