Hidden down a little cul de sac in Yarraville off Francis Street, this amazing venue will blow you away! Everything about it is fabulous, from the staff to the background music, to the food. This is the sort of restaurant we want in our neighbourhood, it's owned by muso's who obviously love food! There is a private function room too which is good to know! The attention to detail here is impressive! I emailed to ask about vegetarian options as we had vegetarian friends with us and the owner responded immediately to let me know the chef would be in touch. The chef got in touch right away and went through all the options for me. That's the sort of place this is! Welcoming, warm and professional.We can't wait to go back! The breakfast menu also looks amazing!Thanks so much for providing your review- we look forward to your return and appreciate your support

Nice restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere. Service very friendly and helpful, good recommendations for food and drinks. Good cocktails, but not really cheap. Thank you to the amazing staff at Vue De Monde for an amazing night. We selected the Chefs Menu and selected a wine pairing package and so glad we did. I do not want to give too much away but I can tell you this is the best food that I have had in any restaurant. Every dish that came to the table was a flavour bomb and every time our plates were collected I told staff dish of the night as they were all so amazing and different. I do have to give special mention to the sweetbreads, I could eat an entire bowl of those they were amazing. The staff were all very friendly, very professional and knowledgeable about the food and drinks, more then happy to answer questions and if they did not know an answer asked chef. My previous degustation experiences at other establishments there is always at least a couple of dishes I do not like, not at Vue De Monde I loved every dish I was given, every texture..I tried foods such as oysters and sea urchin that I have not liked previously at other establishments and LOVED them at Vue De Monde.
