Ideally situated and able to seat up to 60 patrons comfortably, Quo is well known for its private functions and business lunches. We offer daily and weekly specials, including a special lunch menu and a pensioners’ day every Tuesday. We look forward to offering you a unique and memorable dining experience.
Having been once before, heard new owners so we were worried but nothing to be worried about. Had a fantastic and special anniversary dinner. The signature pork belly dish (yes with crackling) was sublime and don't even get me started on the bread and butter pudding... yummy. A lovely restaurant for that special occasion.

Excellence is not a skill, it is an attitude. To be brushed off by the manager when enquiring about the delay in serving our mains was downright embarrassing. If you do not understand customer service, you are welcome to contact me for some lessons! Having a problem is not the problem, solving the problem is what distinguishes you from the rest.
We have always had good food and service here, but for some reason we were ignored for 45 min after finishing our starters. (Mains was ordered with the starters.)We left after another 30 minutes of waiting for our mains, after bringing it to the managers attention and still being ignored. No feedback, no apology. I was terribly embarrassed as I've told my guests that this is the best place in town. Mains was obviously enjoyed elsewhere.

A family based mediterranean restaurant with an emphasis on good quality food value for money and an overall dining experience. Catering for all tastes we do a wide array of dishes from seafood to grills we also cater for children with a kiddies menu
For top class food and service, look no further than this restaurant. It's been some time since we visited Olive and Oil, and once again, we were not disappointed. We took friends who had owned their own restaurant, and they were extremely impressed with the friendly service and excellent food. Our waiter, Des, was very attentive. All the dishes ordered were outstanding. I always groan when my husband orders steak medium well, as he usually has to send it back because it is still "bleeding". However, his sirloin was grilled to perfection.

Oscar's, packed again this morning but little wonder with such good service value and food. Breakfast stop after a morning cycle Service even though we took the last table was fast polite and efficient. With a full breakfast and coffee for R50. I walked away well satisfied.
Well done to the Management and Team.

Mozambik has undergone a revamp, taking away the drinks serving bar to provide more tables on the raised section, and modernising with large picture windows.
The service is excellent and credit must go to our waitor, Tinashe, who was friendly and super efficient. We introduced ourselves and he addressed us, by name, whenever he came to see if we needed anything. The food was outstanding, as usual.

I often go to Lupa for lunch or dinners, and it remains one of my favourite restaurants. The service is always great and the food is outstanding. I can recommend the peri peri wood fired chicken with extra sauce and zucchini fries. World class!!

Large group of ladies went there for a birthday. Service and waiter were extremely good as each lady ordered something different. Food came out quickly, my egg and gluten-free breakfast were extremely good. Pleasant and vibey atmosphere. We all had a most enjoyable time together.

Our jungle gym keeps the little tots busy, and we have been told that we make the best Milkshakes in KZN -come on over and have your say!
A beautiful light and airy restaurant with views over the Alverstone valley. High ceilings with white exposed beams, white furniture and lovely (albeit rather expensive) gifts on display add to the ambience. Excellent service - my husband dropped his fork and before he could bend...MoreThank you so much for taking the time to review our Cafe! We appreciate the encouragement, and will continue to endeavour to provide our patrons with great service, hearty food and a fabulous experience all round ! Look forward to seeing you again soon.

Try visiting the Keg and Trout restaurant/pub in Hillcrest on a Monday night, they offer half price on all main meals after 5 in the evening, the ribs are delicious and my husband had a prime cut steak which he raves about. It is a lot quieter than most other nights, the service was attentive and friendly.

We popped in for an early lunch one Saturday and the place was still quiet but filled up by the time we left. This seems to be a very popular spot with the locals and I can see why! A largely vegetarian menu offfering but some meat options available too so there is something for everyone. We had a veg platter for 2 which was awesome! Super fresh ingredients and a nice variety of veg, dips and bread. It was lovely and light and very tasty. The other meal ordered was they chilli non carne, cute play on words! This was very flavoursome and a nice alternative to the more common meat version. Black beans were used as the substitute and gave it a very rich full texture. Will definitely be back to try out more dishes.
