Our trip was for a 3 night stay in Highlands Ranch, CO from NJ for a family event. We arrived at 1:20pm tired and hungry, and asked if we could check in early. Room not ready (understandable as a lot of places in the service industry are short handed) but, ok, we will go find somewhere to eat. Front desk attendant was helpful in that aspect. We returned at 2:40 and still not ready. We waited in the lobby for an HOUR and 15 minutes to FINALLY get our room! That was close to an hour and 1/2 PAST the check in time. While waiting I was looking up other places in the area to stay but to no avail as there were events in the area that sold out local hotels. The front desk staff were very substandard for a Hilton. Very unprofessional and my sister and I said our trip would have been paid for in full if we had a dollar for every time they said,”I’m sorry or I apologize” to, not only us, but to other guests, we could over hear while we waited over an hour to check in. Also, “ I will have to ask my manager but he/she isn’t here.” We heard that one a few times during our stay and passing by the desk. I don’t know that a manager was ever present. After 2 confrontations with the front desk we finally were able to check in. I have stayed at other Home2 Suites in other states and none of them were as bad as this one! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable (pillows were a little too soft for my liking). HOWEVER…the bed had a top sheet, a thin blanket(what I thought it was) and a bedspread. After the first night I realized what I thought was a thin blanket was actually a DUST RUFFLE between the top sheet and the bed spread!! (Picture attached) Who uses a dust ruffle as a blanket??!! When we pulled out the couch bed we could not locate the bedding for it. After a trip to the front desk and asking a very rude young woman (spoke to me like I was a 5 yr old) where the bedding is located I returned to make the bed. They give you a fitted sheet, a top sheet, a thin cotton blanket, and NO pillow cases! The bathroom was fine and no problems with the shower but don’t expect any room cleaning service or fresh towels! We had to go to the incompetent front desk staff again and ask for towels and more toilet paper. The breakfast is still using Covid precautions with no hot food other than Oatmeal packets and individually wrapped breakfast sandwiches that you have to heat up in the VERY DATED microwave. The fruit was bananas and oranges and if you didn’t get there before 7:30 you weren’t getting any fruit! We managed through our 3 night stay but we will not return to this one again. The hotel is in a great location but that is really all it had going for it in my opinion!

Avoid maid service, nearly spraid cleaner on anexpensive computer screen, knocked delicate items on ground including glasses, was more of danger than help . Otherwise, you can't ask for much more for a productive base of operations when visiting Denver for business. The king studio on 6th floor is really like a mini apartment and the front desk is very responsive. Location is perfect. Would prefer if laundry was better and if back parking lot door electronic lock actually worked.

Enjoy stay at our Highlands Ranch Business Park hotel with complimentary shuttle, fitness center and indoor pool.
Where do I begin? This place is a disgrace. The faucet on the tub in our room is ready to come loose. There's a sheetrock seam that looks pitiful. The air conditioner rattles. Front desk help coughing and hacking and not wearing a mask. Website states staff required to wear masks in public areas. The buffet breakfast costs $15.99 per person when they serve it which is only when they have a big group like the soccer group staying while we were there. No bacon, no waffles, no pancakes, over cooked eggs that tasted like rubber. And all the guy could say to us was "sorry about that" two days in a row. When no buffet you order and pay like a restaurant. Might as well go to McDonald's, you'll get better service and better food. Won't be back!

I called 3 hours before check-in to see if I could get in early. Lindsey said she would call me when my room was ready, and she did. Carly checked us in and answered, pleasantly, a number of questions that I had. The suite was nice, as I would have expected. The sink was outside the bathroom and made for a lot of counter space. The shower was very good (heat/pressure). The bath towels were huge, but felt like sandpaper. The breakfast was fantastic. FOUR hot dishes every day. Each day: eggs, breakfast burrito, cheese & spinach crustless quiche, and the fourth dish alternated between bacon and sausage patties. Mini blueberry scones every day = really good, and a lot more. There is an outdoor swimming pool (not yet open), a fitness room, and a coin laundry in each of the two buildings. Also, a basketball court! We enjoyed our six night stay and would come back again. But a hint/warning: don't get a room facing C-470!

The staff at this Hotel - Anna and Breanna are super friendly and welcoming. They gave us great recommendations for touring the Denver and Colorado Springs area. They even offered a snack for our kid on check-in. The Rooms are very spacious at this Hotel.
