Visited here on Friday night after hearing good things. So disappointed. On arrival you cannot fault how gorgeous the place is. It is stunning. I can only imagine we are all paying for the amazing decor in the prices. One of our party only wanted a starter and a side as a main course. I had the chicken and lamb shish and rice. We had one alcoholic drink and one coke. They add a 12.5% service charge. Our bill was £56:80. Now I don’t mind paying a lot when it’s worth it. This isn’t. To pay an extra £3.50 for the rice is a rip off. It’s £24 for a chicken and lamb shish - no rice. So by all means go here. Enjoy the gorgeous environment but be prepared to be ripped off on the prices. Far more expensive than any other Turkish in the area.

From the birds on the wing to the seafood on the table, a stay at Premier Inn Hotel Canterbury North / Herne Bay means you're never far away from the delights of the east coast. This part of Kent is steeped in history, and the shopping's not bad either! Do some time travelling as you imagine what it was like being a centurion at Reculver Towers Roman Fort. Or travel the wide open spaces, as you enjoy the pristine unspoilt beaches of Herne Bay and Kent. Come here during the Herne Bay Festival and Carnival to make a great weekend of it, then travel back to the hotel for some lovely food at our Table Table restaurant and a great night's sleep.
Stayed here for three nights during the Jubilee celebrations. Spacious room which was clean and tidy and with a very comfortable bed. I was a bit concerned about noise from the road outside but the double glazed window prevented any undue noise. It’s a good location for visiting nearby towns such as Whitstable and Margate. Parking at the hotel is plentiful. There is a restaurant across from the hotel which serves pub food and is where breakfast is served. We had dinner there one night which was okay but nothing sensational. No problems with breakfast service in spite of the hotel being fully booked, although we did go early each day. There is another restaurant nearby (about two minutes walk away) which is a more upmarket steak house. If you’re feeling fit you can walk into Herne Bay town centre in about 25 minutes

We offer 4 spacious, en-suite and individually designed rooms for our guests to enjoy. We boast free off road parking, a fully licensed bar and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included with the room, and we serve both hot and cold dishes.
We enjoyed 4 nights at the Sleep Inn Hare which we used as a base for us to visit around the North Kent area. Luke and Rachel are very welcoming and friendly hosts. The B&B has 4 rooms and is beautifully decorated and very clean. It's in a quiet residential road which is only about a 5-10 minute walk down to the seafront and the centre of Herne Bay. Definitely recommend any of the rooms, but Room 3 with the super king size bed, bathroom with bath/shower combo plus the excellent breakfasts were great value for money.

Our hosts ( Mother and daughter) were extremely hospitable- Candy even gave us a lift and picked us up after our event. I cannot say how lovely this bnb is . perfectly clean, ample space and everything provided for. We had a lovely en-suite room. Breakfast was amazing and lots of it. The house is full of wonderful artefacts from across the globe and our hosts were so interesting, we could have stayed all day talking. Would definitely recommend to anyone . It is close to everything too Tip: it’s just off the main road down what looks like a driveway but with careful searching we found it . Quite secluded quite lovely
