This review is for the Papa John's in Erqi district in Mix C Wanxiangcheng. The pizza was good, but the experience was not enjoyable. I had to get up and find a waiter to order, because none came by. They were out of several things and I had to settle on something I didn't want. Some very noisy people sat next to us, so we changed tables. But the staff made more noise than the people we moved away from! Banging dishes around, clanging silverware, and apparently just drumming on counters, I have no idea. I had to repeat myself several times because the staff was making a ridiculous amount of noise. It was near closing time, so if you want to avoid that, go well before then. They closed the door to show they weren't serving new customers, but every customer who left had to exit the door, and it made the worst noise each time. That's such an easy fix. Aside from personal preferences about noise, the place had flies. It's underground inside a mall - I don't know how flies get there except by staff being unclean or not emptying garbage often enough. The bottom line is, if all you want is pizza, this place is fine. But if you want a quiet evening with your special someone, this place is noisy and has flies. There's a much nicer Papa John's at 360.

Good fresh Pizza best part they specially made veg food for us.Veg pasta without any meat.Staff was extremely polite and caring will definitely eat here again when I visit next time.

This restaurant in the Crowne Plaza is pretty poor. The weird decor looks like the 70's gone wrong, the food is average, at best, and the service is plain bad.We ordered pizza and the base was undercooked, my lasagne seemed microwaved, and the white wine was served at room temperature.To top it all off, we had a billing problem that took half an hour to resolve.There has to better options in town than this.

I came to Zhengzhou to have some noodle soup and ended up having pizza. Really! Really! Pizza Hut in China is like going to s fancy restaurant but the food taste the same as it would at a typical Pizza Hut. Good!

Iâve been here several times now and have to say the food is excellent! They have an actual Italian chef. The atmosphere is very nice and calm even when its busy and the waitresses are polite, friendly and helpful. The owner and chef occasionally go around and chat with customers and that gives this place that homey family like atmosphere. The desserts here are amazing. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try good, authentic Italian food.
