We stayed at the resort soon after it opened and loved it. Great friendly staff, luxurious rooms with kitchen, fun outdoor pool, really good views, and exercise and recreational areas. The restaurant wasn't open yet. I loved that the parking was so accessible. Will definitely go back.

Very nice staff, excellent breakfast, nice facility but.... due to tight labor market (2% unemployment in Heber) they only have cleaning service on your third night. We were there for four days. With a total bill of $790+ for four nights, some accommodation should be made for all guests staying for more than a night or two. WiFi speed in the lobby was great BUT in room 207, it was very poor (see photo). I turned the wifi off on my phone as cellular service was much better. Finally, they charged my credit card at the time we checked-in. I signed-up for automatic check-out but I didn't think that also includes charging when you arrive.

I work in the construction field, so I stay in many hotels in Utah, California, Nevada, Idaho. In saying when I stay in Heber I personally request to stay at the Holliday Inn, in heber. The rooms are always clean and most importantly don't smell, (lol I've stayed in a few stinky hotels) even though they are pet friendly. Breakfast I actually look forward too, great variety of different breakfast foods from fruit, to waffles everyday is different and hot and delicious. The staff is amazing they are willing too go the extra mile to make sure I'm taken care of and all my needs are met. In my opinion for the price ots the best hotel in Heber, Utah.

Located just minutes from Midway and Park City, the Heber Senator Bed & Breakfast puts you in the middle of all the great recreational opportunities in this region. You will feel like you've stepped back in time as you experience all the charm and beauty of this historic, ten-room home built in 1902 by the Utah State Senator, Joseph R. Murdock. We look forward to seeing you here!
We looked for a place to stay online, and this new-to-us B&B was cheaper than the motels listed. The stay was worth twice as much as any of the motels. The pre-1910 house has been lovingly restored and converted to rooms and suites. We stayed in the Tiffany Suite with matching Tiffany lamps and light fixture. The furniture, the quilt, even the doilies were exquisite. I had crepes with fresh fruit for my delicious breakfast close to the framed work of art that the owner's great-grandmother crafted in the 1880's. The fabrics in the crazy quilt were colorful and edged in more types of embroidery stitches than I knew existed. The entire experience earned five stars.

We are a small, family owned motel, located in the beautiful Heber Valley. We are the perfect motel for your family reunion or quite get-away for two. Come and enjoy all the fun that the Heber Valley has to offer, and then come and enjoy our relaxing motel.
We were charmed by the idea of a family-owned and run business. We had to ring an outdoor phone to have someone come and check us in. When we entered the room, we were surprised at how old and outdated and run down everything was. We were especially shocked because we paid $127 and expected a great deal more than this. Clearly pets had been in the room previous to us because not only was there dog food kibble all over the floor, there was a little "doggy leaving" dried out and on the floor. We had pets and we took them out to the "grassy area" to do their business. We were prepared with our paper towels and bags. This area also had some a children's swingset and play toys. First this that happened was I stepped in a very large, wet and messy pile. Upon further examination, there wasn't a SINGLE UNDEFACATED PLACE in that whole space where you could walk your dog. Not to mention that children play there? GROSS. We discovered another small grassy area that was not as filthy as the previous place and our dogs were able to do their business, which we cleaned up. The room was directly next to the "vending" room. It was noisy. Door slamming over and over and over. People standing directly outside our door talking, laughing, their dog whining and barking, starting their cars ten minutes ahead of time to warm them up, etc. Miserable, miserable experience. Time to clean up, Swiss Alps. Time to bring to current, and time to make the the charge of $127 worth the stay. We will not be back.

For some of the best lodging in Utah, try Daniels Summit Lodge. Here you can enjoy the beauties of the Uinta National forest while getting in some unique experiences and activities to make your trip unforgettable, like snowmobile rentals and tours right in Utah.
Upon arrival, We, my husband & I, were under the impression that we were going to have to drive in blizzard conditions on Parleys Summit, Sooo`, We left early, which made us early on arrival to our destination. When I spoke with the Staff at the desk and explained we were expecting snow delays, Sooo`, We had left early. The Staff informed us that they understood and would see what they could do for us. The young man came back a few minutes later and said that our room was empty and was going to be cleaned and that he would call us as soon as it was ready. I thank him and we went to the store and did some shopping and then had lunch. after lunch I realized we had no phone service, Sooo` we went back to the lodge to see if our room was ready. This was 2 hours later. They said no. I understand that we arrived after Noon an we were early, but, when we were told that they were cleaning our room 2 hours earlier , I was kinda wondering why the Staff had told us that they would see what they could do. My husband and I played checkers in the Lobby, around 3pm, I had asked the girl at the desk if by any chance our room was ready? She waited for the young man to show up again , but now he was getting off work and told her to let us have the room at 5 minutes to 4pm, which I heard him say while I was sitting in the big chair by the front desk and then he walked passed me and didn't even say a word to me as he left. Now, a woman with two children walked in and said to the girl behind the desk that she was a lil` early and the girl gave her a room... There was nobody waiting in the Lodge the whole time we were waiting for our room. We waited over 4 hours for our room, then the keys would not open the pool door and we were standing out there waiting for the Staff to come and let us into the pool. The whole time we were there the pool key never worked and then the keys to our room stopped working. My husband slipped on the snow covered sidewalks coming back from Dinner because there was no salt down and it was not shoveled. Our Patio was completely covered in snow to where you could not walk out on it or enjoy the patio. The Staff was Rude` & Unprofessional`... The maid did not wear a mask while cleaning the rooms or our room, which was cleaned last that day. Other Guests along with their children were running around without masks on inside the Lodge also. The people above our room were bouncing off the walls until 2 am.

I booked this motel because it was the last option I had in my price range. I had booked two nights and ended up being completely grossed out and left early. Don't book this motel! You will also end up with only one channel, Hallmark. It was so dirty in the room that one of my daughters almost wouldn't use the toilet and refused to use the shower. I didn't even bother asking for a refund for the night I didn't use.
