Terrible
Reviewed By Lance HStayed one night in this hotel and that was one night too many. First of all, the whole lobby smelled like skunk weed mixed with sour milk. The room we stayed in was not terrible other than the stains in the bathtub. The room next to ours had loud kids and babies crying from the moment we got there, so I called to see if we could move rooms and they said they were all full. Which was a lie because I called back to see if there were any rooms available for the night and they said yes. Finally fell asleep and woke up to get breakfast only to find out they had no pancake mixed up yet and a broken waffle maker so I decided to get some cereal except the milk they had was a week past expiration date, so I brought that to their attention and they said that is all they have the rest was in the freezer and it was not thawed out yet. Do not go to the hotel unless you absolutely have nowhere else to go.

Clean basic room
Reviewed By deneenomerThis hotel is old, but very clean. Staff are very nice. It was perfect for us to spend the night before going to the airport in the morning. We drove our own car, so I don't know if they have a shuttle to the airport (I doubt it). The staff were very polite and very helpful. Floors are all laminate - and that's a plus in my mind - nothing nasty hiding in carpet.

Super Ghetto! Zero Hospitality!

Some places are been better than others, as long as my room is clean I am normally ok. This, Motel 6, wins first place for being SUPER GHETTO! When you enter everything seems pretty good. The loby is clean and welcoming. Once you pass the loby you see the real motel. Where to start; • thin walls • lots of yelling and loud talking • people arguing • doors banging • groups of people hanging around outside • no cleaning standards like the site claims • major water damage and mold smell in stairwell • the tub did not drain when taking a shower • the laminate floor felt grimy • unkept property outside, lots of trash • open exposed dumpster • "first floor" is below the main level it is damp and smells • guests climbing over a broken chain link fence • unleashed dogs are walked in and out if the motel • the hallway is dingy and not well lit at night • No servailance videos! Also, microwaves and mini fridges have been removed from the rooms. * This is the ONLY place I have stayed at without one. Even the Red Roof Inn (not recommended) offers them in the rooms. My room did not have a latch. I immediately walked out and told the front desk about the latch. I asked for a different room because I did not safe. They all seemed confused and kept asking me what I did and if I touched anything in the room. Not even 5 minutes had gone by. They reluctantly gave me a different room. My last night here I decided to do laundry since there is a washer and dryer for guests. My clothes where still wet after being in the dryer for over an hour. I went to the front desk and let the clerk know what happened. I was told not to use the dryer because it us not working. (No sign was posted). When I asked how I was supposed to dry my clothes, I was told that it was my problem and they could not help me. He then tried to say that the machines did not belong to the motel. It took over 15/20 minutes to finally get him to understand that the hotel was ultimately responsible. Sleep well ? some place else if you can. Just DO NOT stay here! Zero Hospitality

Reviewed By Christir1159Got a real rough room at this location. The carpet made my two year olds white socks black. There was only two towels,two wash clothes,and one little towel. The lamps between the beds didn't work, but that might have been a good thing because there was scorch mark about a foot long coming from the right side.. Which made it hard to sleep easy.

Reviewed By jinjministry6977The people that work here are absolutely amazing Ashley I don't know the others names the manager is just absolutely beautiful spirit and I really enjoyed my stay the cleanliness and the professionalism the friendliness and the overall quality of service that you get from these people are just exemplary! They were very friendly and welcoming when I first arrived I love how they are just real people that you can conversate with about General life things. The welcoming and cleanliness are a big thing for me and just sitting and hearing the camaraderie and seeing just how hard the maintenance and housekeeping people work together and they work extremely hard and more than earn a paycheck they go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is comfortable and this truly is a home away from home I will never stay in another hotel in St Louis again unless it's this one I definitely give this 5 stars because they give five star service five star comfortability and five star professionalism and friendliness. Thank you guys for making my stay so awesome and doing such an awesome job you guys are absolutely amazing!!!

Our furnished studio/efficiencies offer incredibly low weekly rates with no lease or credit check. To keep rates as low as possible, we are a limited service facility and are not for every traveler. However, if you need to stay a week or longer - and are on a budget - we provide amazing value.
Horrible place
Reviewed By lauramM7446VBMy husband and I stayed here for one week.The bed was awful,springs poking thru on both sides.Asked the manager,the next morning,about getting a different bed,room or a comforter or extra blankets for the bed.Was told that he could not help me.Had to wait until Monday to ask corporate manager.Needless to say Nothing was ever done.The desk clerk Dan had the nerve to suggest that we go out and buy a sleeping bag or comforter to put on top of the bed!I paid for a place to sleep,with a functioal bed shouldnt have to buy anything.Also this place is full of drug activity.You can smell marijuana on every floor in the hallways.I even saw a staff member smoking drugs out of the window on the second floor.The police are always driving thru the parking lot but they need to go inside and smell what is going on.Management and staff need to be trained how to deal with people.They were not willing to help at all and when you complain to their corporate office you get nowhere.Its been over a week and they have not contacted me yet.Manager became upset because my husband thanked him for not helping us with our issue.I guess because it was in front of a prospective guest.Does no good to complain to customer service,if you can get through,mailbox is always full.What does that tell you?
