The staff are friendly and efficient and the classic creek view rooms are delightful.Top quality fittings and superbly comfortable as well as being emmaculatly clean, The restaurant and bar areas are also very inviting and the food is really good quality.Well worth a visit at any time of the year!

Welcoming, comfortable and an all round lovely weekend away.
Reviewed By Lou BOn our arrival there were a couple of technical issues with our room, however they were very quickly remedied as we were moved to another room thanks to Terry who went above and beyond to make our stay here most welcoming and comfortable. Room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Would most definitely recommend a stay here.

Reviewed By P5062IPtomcJoy and I stayed one night. The house is all you could want and would recommend it to anybody staying on Hayling Island. We had a warm welcome, shown to our lovely clean and well prepared bedroom. You get a coice of 3 breakfasts at a time to suit you. Top notch, high quality food and drinks are provided here. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Charlton House is a lovely Victorian building, located at the southern end of Hayling Island just a short walk from the beach. Beautifully decorated and comfortable, guests have access to the lounge, garden and hot tub. We provide a delicious breakfast (full English or vegetarian) and can advise about local amenities. Stay at amazing b&b for kIte surfing trip
Reviewed By D9375DCmarygCharlton house b&b is beautifully situated (easy walk to the beach) with lovely rooms, comfortable beds, good showers and a fantastic breakfast. Martin and Annette couldn't have been more welcoming and went out of their way to give us helpful guidance on the area and kitesurfing, as well as a lift back from the train station. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try the hot tub - but will do next time!

Beware even a pandemic is seen as no excuse to cancel
Reviewed By USAF901I was going to the Goodwood FOS as this was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic i thought a refund would be made as no one could foresee it coming. Spoke to the owner no help ,hard luck attitude also booking.con are just as bad.
