After being regular visitors to this restaurant and our lunch here today, we have concluded that Calicut Live canât work under pressure! While the food is great (taste, presentation, quantity included), the service needs a huge step up. While being served meals today, my wife casually told me to ask more of one of my fav parts of the dish and on overhearing this, our cheeky waiter told us that more will be given if we asked and we shouldnât waste food! :D The irony is that the same waiter seemed to be dropping half the food serving to the floor and our laps .!All things aside, please concentrate on your Customer Service!

We went to the Dampa Feast in City Center Mall, Salmiyah for a different experience. The food is so delicious, we had the seafood spicy in Cajun sauce. Its clean and the service is excellent. Reservation is required on a weekend since it gets crowded. It has some lovely hep music, the ambiance is very authentic Filipino. Had oppurtunity to try out the new menu at Asha's @ Bouleward.Tried out Komdi Vade, thick coconut gravy chicken curry with Puri. This is really awesome and tasty.Special mention to the chef for the freshly prepared Saffron Milk Cake, which is really wonderful.Excellent hospitality by Mr.Thahir and Mr.Hussain who explained in detail on the new menu from Asha's team.I recommend everyone to try this out.Dear Jayakrishnan,Thank you for reviewing us. We really enjoyed our dinner at Maki Marina. The food was so beautifully served and incredibly tasty. Two of us four eat vegan and we were happy to see that there was a whole section of vegan dishes to choose from, and so creative also. Sometimes vegan sushi can be a bit simple but this was very high class. Also the service was very kind and attentive, meeting our every wish. Being a chain restaurant, there is very little surprise possible in PF Chang. However this location seems extremely plain, with personnel definitely below average even for kuwaiti standards and no attention to food presentation. The only thing that is in line with PF Chang above the average standards are the prices. Not worth a second stop

I went to Peacock with my family to mark my mother's birthday. It did deliver an authentic sense of chinese ambiance. Being one of our favorite cuisines as well, I myself was pleased to see a range of traditional chinese dishes which were true to their flavors. Its a nice place for special occasions too.
