This was our first time experiencing an Hawaiian Luau and this certainly checked the bucket list box! Check in was smooth and efficient as was our hostess Melissa who looked after us with humor and grace. The fresh poke tastings were delicious. Definitely come hungry as the food was plentiful and delicious. The abundant servings of poke and pork topped my list of favorites. The host of the show was entertaining and the dancers were very professional and the fire walking mesmerizing. A must do if you are on the Big Island.

Pluses: Very good bar, attentive servers, good Royâs style sushi rolls and very pleasant setting. Cons: standard menu items seemed to us to be a bit unpolished and not up to Royâs standards. Tasty enough but just a bit off. For purists, the soufflé is not a classic soufflé individually baked in a deep dish. Think chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream on the side.

Went here with a big group. We had reserved tables of ten people. They have an open bar, with good drinks that you can call, not your usual watered down Mai-Tais. They have Mai-Tais that are good, but you can order anything you want. The food was very good for this type of event, especially the pig. The show was informative and good, with a bit of audience participation. Loved the fire dancer. Good thing to do when you are in the area.

we thoroughly enjoyed our evening as the elements all came together to provide an outstanding experience. We had a great sunset, a wonderful server and tasty food.i enjoyed their Rilettes (their version of potted pork) and the Duck Confit. Others enjoyed the salad and fresh catch. The small bar served well-made cocktails as well.

Felt awesome that payment to Luau included entrance to Sea Life World, came 3 hours prior to Luau. Enjoyed visit to Sea Life, however at 4 pm Sea Life closed and we had to sit for 90 minutes as they changed clothes and set up for Luau. During that 90 minutes representatives from Luau solicited is for more $ to get closer seats. They told us if we didnât pay, weâd be in nose bleed section. We were, last to go in, and last to eat. Sad that they treated us this way. Luau wasnât as authentic as ones weâve been at in Maui. I liked that the had us make leiâs and headwear, but very big group. They bussed people in, and we paid in advance, felt a little bit like we were taken advantage of.

Expect a little wait but worth it. Also expect to take some home. Great cheery service. Decided to try this on our way to several excellent farmer's markets in the area. A local recommended it. Meals are served on oval turkey platters. I like crispy bacon and theirs is deep fried so it is definitely crispy. As you can see from pictures portions are huge. I had the 2 eggs, corned beef hash, and french toast. The hash was served thin and crispy - very good but after seeing the kailua pork hash over fried rice that would be my recommendation. The french toast is a sweet bread but just standard stuff. They didn't leave it in the egg long enough to soak into the bread. Over medium eggs were perfect. I tried the hash browns- also large helping. The real surprise is their side of pancakes that comes with most egg meals. the serve 2 on these large oval platters. Nice and fluffy. The menu includes loco mocos and an assortment of meats like portuguese sausage and blood sausage. The menu was large enough to get you back for several different breakfasts and lunches.
