Dillon is a fantastic server. He was friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in. Liked the ambience. There's a small bar as you walk in, and candles on the tables. Really felt like "the real thing," as compared to the chain restaurant across the street that lacks the originality and hospitality Verbano's definitely has. We shared a house salad, and were pleased with the portions. Our server had the salad plated separately for us, so we each got a perperoncini, and lots of marinated veggies on top of the salad greens. The house dressing is a combination of ranch, and oil and vinegar. Really tasty! Oh, and the bread! Fresh, steaming hot, crusty on the outside, soft on the inside. A lovely homemade sourdough. The butter was also fresh, and warmed just enough so that it spread perfectly. I could have just dined on the bread alone! I had the Steak Tuscano for my entree. The steak itself was a simple cut, but topped with button mushrooms, garlic, crispy onions, and capers. Out of this world delicious. My partner had the Pasta with Mushrooms. He asked if he could get penne noodles instead of spaghetti, and our server was happy to make the substitution. My partner said it was some of the best marinara sauce he's had. I tried it and like it, as well. Very fresh with lots of garlic. We were too full for dessert, but I assume it's fantastic, just like everything we ordered. I'd like to mention Dillon kept our glasses full, and anticipated our needs throughout our dinner. We will definitely go back, and highly recommend this restaurant.

We did a family tale out last night. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo. It was not cooked al dente, the sauce had zero taste, the so called Garlic roll was not baked to a golden brown which bread should be baked. I mean why serve just so-so food? If you have a restaurant at least serve it with taste, pride and decent. Sorry but never going back there.

My title, American Italian...my definition: some processed ingredients plated together. The red sauce seemed straight from a can. The cheese on the lasagna appeared to me to be a low quality sliced cheese ($17.95), side salad is not included. The calamari is sticks that comes with a white dip. The calamari did not stand on its own and needed a sauce, we personally do not like white dip/sauces. A large portion $10.90. It was not rubbery, seemed cooked OK. I would not order it again though. The peppers and sausage appetizer was very good $8.90. This appetizer and the fresh, hot Italian bread served with the meal was my favorite part.If your looking for really good Italian I would not recommend Ricado's. This restaurant seems to have a following, if your not picky you might enjoy dining here. You will have to try it for yourself.Service was rather cold.Good background music.

I treated my friend to a massage at the Naupaka Spa at the Four Seasons Resort in Ko Olina for her birthday. After the massage, my plan was to take her to lunch at the Fish House at the resort. Unfortunately, it was Sunday and they were only serving a one-page brunch menu that did not appeal to me or my friend. So, at 1PM, I placed an impromptu call to Paesano's and asked if they would still serve us lunch if we got there by 1:30PM (They are closed from 2PM - 5PM). They said, no problem. We arrived at about 1:35PM. We were promptly seated and got to choose a nice, quiet table. The atmosphere was nice, too. I've always liked Paesano's nice decor with pretty etched glass dividers and lovely wood. We ordered crab cakes as an appetizer and we both chose the Chicken Alla Saltimbocca Romana. I ordered mine with extra vegetables and no pasta. Again, it wasn't a problem. While we waited for our appetizer, our drinks and fresh bread was served to us. Everything was delicious. They even surprised us with a delicious piece of cheese cake for my girlfriends birthday! My friend said she couldn't have imagined a nicer birthday lunch. Thank you, Paesano's for saving my girlfriend's birthday lunch! I will definitely come back, again!

Huge 19 inch pie for around $26. We had half pepperoni and sausage and half garlic and spinach and everyone in our party of four was happy. Close for dinner after exploring Pearl Harbor. A bargain compared to what weâve seen elsewhere in Honolulu.

It's easy to miss this place just below Anna Miller's. I didn't have high expectations but I was actually impressed. We were seated right away on a Saturday afternoon. The service was very quick. The garlic bread knots were amazing and the food was really good. The portion sizes were perfect for lunch and very reasonably priced. We'll be back.

...with a 20% discount on take out orders I am very pleased...I have now dined in the restaurant a few times and have ordered take away numerous times.Almost all of my experiences have been perfect except for two.The take away last time tasted like the Styrofoam it was in...I think they need to place a layer of foil or wax paper on the bottom of the Styrofoam before placing the piping hot food on it.Another time I ordered the calamari steak...it was horrible, rubbery. The Waiter did not seem surprised that I did not like it, she seemed to have had experience with others not liking it...what was a disappointment is that I was not given a discount on my meal...I truly thought that Palazzo's would have backed the bad experience and have discounted my meal. The meatballs are OK...the sausage is by far better. The red sauce is delicious. The pasta is always cooked perfectly. I love the mixed vegetables as a side option. The bar seating area is cluttered with piles of staff items and should to be cleaned up.Take away orders normally take 25 minutes to be prepared...best to call ahead.
