Much better service here than the other poolside restaurant. We tried The Works flatbread pizza, chili cheese fries, onion rings, and three of the non-alcoholic specialty drinks: Passion Colada, Lilikoâi Splash and Ginger Pineapple Splash. For the food the flatbread pizza was the big hit here. Everyone enjoyed it. Of the specialty drinks the Passion Colada one was everyoneâs favorite. My youngest daughter felt the Ginger Pineapple Splash tasted like cleaning product.Insider Tip: The Chili Cheese Fries may be the best food deal at the resort. For $7 you get a generous plate full of fries smothered in chili and cheese. Compare that to spending $16 for 8 onion rings.

Ok, so bad planning has its great outcomes...this is one such event. New Yearâs day with almost nothing opened, we gave up and were driving to Foodland to get sandwiches, when we dawned on this lovely place. We were greeted and got a high table on the balcony seating area. We showed up at 2pm, so we had an hour on their lunch menu (lots of good stuff). We ordered the calamari (3/5) and the star of our meal, the plate of 3 crab cake sliders (4/5) and a nice glass of Rosé. The service was excellent and must say that of the calamari had been cooked for about a minute less, it wouldâve been perfect. The place was busy and had a nice vibe. We recommend this place for families and couples.

We enjoyed this little restaurant so much we ate there several times. Authentic Hawaii dishes, locally sourced farm to table offerings, friendly service, good prices and casual ambience.

*Opinion on breakfast only*: I stayed at the Marriott Ko Olina and came here for breakfast twice due to the convenience. Longboards is the cheaper option compared to Longhiâs, which is another restaurant within (but functioning separately from) Marriott. The breakfast buffet options at Longboards were pretty standard - rice, eggs, sausage/bacon, oatmeal, fruits, toast. For $19 it also comes with coffee/tea. A la cart menu items are almost comparable in price so buffet seemed to be the better value. Loved the outdoor seating right by the water. Canât speak for their lunch and dinner options but I did notice a pretty extensive cocktail menu that I wish I got to try!

The food here is good, the menu is limited, the prices are above average. It is mainly sports bar type food. The wings were good. We had the burger as well it was OK but again pricey. It is worth a try. The service was great.

We had a late bite to eat while staying at Aulani. This place was a nice comfortable venue for drinks, appetizers and desserts. My daughter loved the sliders and I thoroughly enjoyed the Pua'a Kalua Gratin with Na'an. The Bananarama dessert was wonderful. This is a must visit if you're near Aulani. They had live music too and the duo was a nice surprise.

Monkeypod Kitchen by Merriman is a place where foodies, beer lovers, and families escape the stresses of their day-to-day lives by enjoying an ice-cold beer and a great meal while surrounded by people who consider them honored guests and friends. Our rest
It seemed like all the dinner entrees were between $41.95 - $43.95, including the daily meat and seafood specials. The Macadamia Mahi Mahi was very good. The curry seafood special was mild. The Pete's Fish N' Chips was average. The organic Kale salad was good too! The staff suggested the strawberry pie was pretty good. Drinks, including wine and beer VERY overpriced. This was expected since it's in a resort area. The best part of the evening was the music by Big John. Very smooth voice and calming music to enjoy throughout dinner.
