Only tried two of the dishes so far, but the portions were big, good for the price, and the quality was good... not the "let's find somewhere we can use this gristle or leftover chicken" type... the decor is pretty impressive, and friendly staff. Plenty of choices! I recommend it!
For those of you who know the area this restaurant is located where the old Red Baron Pizza restaurant used to be in Waianae.Iâve never had Filipino food before but I was very impressed by the tastiness the portion sizes, and the reasonable prices. You can eat inside or outside as you see fit. Service was very friendly and theyâll educate you in Filipino cuisine if you are novices as we were. They do not ha a liquor license but you can bring your own beer or wine etc. and they will pour it for you which makes for a very affordable meal out.On Wednesday evenings they have live music which is definitely worth checking out while you eat a fine meal and sip on a cool one.I hope this place stays around for awhile!

We've eaten in often, and also ordered takeout. We like their food and we've always had good service. My husband really likes their sukiyaki, and their Pho. Dinners come with miso soup, rice and salad. Their chicken honey garlic is very good. You can bring alcohol as they don't serve it. It's nice to have this little place in Waianae, as there are not too many places to eat that are not fast food. And it is very clean. Easy to find in the Waianae Mall.

We stopped at Sun Sushi on the way to Kaena beach. Freshly made sushi, but Tuna was obviously frozen and one could feel the greasiness. California rolls were great. Super reasonable prices. 3,5 out of 5, only because in Japan we had amazing sushi and sashimi, so it was hard to beat that.

Hungry after hike at Ma'ili pillbox. Read about Countryside Café, so we headed to eat lunch there. Shared the ono kalua pig benedict with fried rice. Also shared refreshing, good charcoal coconut smoothie. Food was delicious and sufficient. Service was fast. Staff was friendly. Nice outside patio seating with breeze to cool us off after hiking.

We were staying at Aulani and a bit tired of the overpriced mediocre food. So we decided to give this a try based on a craving for Thai and so many positive reviews. And we were so glad we did. Fantastic Thai food at a very reasonable price with friendly service. It hit the spot in more than one way. Highly recommended for anyone that wants a break from the resort eateries. About 10-15 min drive from the resorts at Koâolina.
