I have stayed here a number of times, solo and also with my son. On this visit it was good to see that the rooms have been redecorated and upgraded with a new bathroom, decent shower, new window and a comfortable bed. The heating appeared to be on 24 hours a day and it was very warm. Each day a fresh bottle of Evian was left in the room. Breakfast was good quality, with fresh fruit, cereal, orange juice nice yoghurt, fresh croissants and more . Dinner really excellent, I had the demi pension which makes it much easier to choose because not only could I have eaten everything on the menu but what I did have was some of the best food I have had anywhere. Unlike other comments I had no problem regarding the attitude of the staff, perhaps it's their reaction to arrogant English visitors! Lovely surroundings, totally peaceful and a genuine quality experience!

Booked the room as we were travelling down France on line. This was direct with the hotel and cheaper than the usual websites. Nice modern rooms with good sized balconies and distant view of the sea. Great to sit on with a drink & watch the sunset. Friendly & helpful staff. Added bonus of free underground car parking.

La Ferme en Ville is an old mansion surrounded by a private park, just 500 meters from Bernay's picturesque town center and 800 meters from the train station. It was completely renovated in 2013 and transformed into a hostel to accommodate business and leisure stays. The 5 rooms are unique and bear the name of famous Norman towns and villages. A full breakfast is included in the price. Guests can also enjoy a drink or a snack in the Baroque medieval lounge with a large fireplace. Dinner is homemade on the day of your arrival with fresh ingredients and must be booked in advance. We also offer lighter versions of this menu and adapt the price accordingly.

If you’re looking for a seafood restaurant, consider a visit to Le Homard Bleu, Grain d'Sel, or Le Saint Louis, which are all conveniently located a short distance from Golf Hotel. Looking to explore? Then look no further than Le Kahl Burg (0.5 mi) and Vue panoramique (0.5 mi), which are some popular Le Treport attractions – all conveniently located within walking distance of the small hotel. Enjoy your stay in Le Treport!
We only stayed one night on our way home to the UK after holidaying in Bordeaux. The Golf Hotel is positioned at the top of Le Tréport within its own wooden grounds and the detached chalets have their own parking space which is very convenient. Our welcome host on reception was most helpful, explaining how to get down to Le Tréport harbour by means of the cable car which is a short walk away from the hotel. The room itself was well appointed, our only negative would be the lack of a duvet instead a really old fashioned blanket and sheet. Having said that the bed was a super king size and very comfortable. The room could do with a kettle, with tea/coffee making facilities but we know this is probably just a UK offering and not usual in European hotels. Before departing we had the continental breakfast which was served in a room adjoining the reception area, adequate but lacking in a variety of cold meats mainly cheese. Thanks for an enjoyable one nights stay

Some people describe it is “faded grandeur”. I would describe it as run down and a bit creepy. Breakfast was good with lots of croissants and pancakes. Beds were ok with nice clean sheets. Bathrooms clean but very old and had low water pressure.

Quirky little hotel set right in the heart of Rouen. We were on the top floor which took some walking up as the stairs are rather narrow and steep. The view is however, superb as we looked over the law courts. The room was quite small but perfectly fine and clean. Breakfast was good value for money and the staff very polite. Parking is a couple of minutes away and may be worth dropping off your bags first. Would love to stay here again for longer.
