Great value in an idyllic setting.
Reviewed By kirib30We struck unseasonably cold weather while staying here for a 5 day break in Corsica, so we didn't get to make the most of the village and facilities on offer. But in my opinion, everything is here or nearby and it's a superb place to stay. The pool looks fab with plenty of loungers around it and the beach is right in front of the on-site restaurant with thatched umbrellas and seating areas. It all looks very tropical and inviting (when the sun it out!). We didn't eat in the restaurant but they had good reviews and the prices were very reasonable. A cool beverage at the end of the day overlooking the beach would be extremely relaxing here! Laundry facilities (wash and dry approx 10euros) are available. Plenty of space for carparking and safe. Our apartment was perfect for a couple - comfy bed, hot shower, plenty of TV channels to choose from (not that you would need that in the Summer!). Kitchen is basic with microwave and two elements. No toaster, griller or oven facilities FYI. The wifi was patchy and almost non-existent with the doors and windows closed. But like I said, it was cold while we were there so on a sunny warm day/evening with doors and windows open the wifi connection would be fine. Location was great for us - quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, but a SPAR supermarket and other facilities 5mins away. Bonifacio is 2hrs 15mins by car and a nice drive down the coast. Some great spots nearby - a 90min one way reasonably challenging hike up into the hills to see an abandoned village, waterfalls and the Henri Toivonen memorial was a 60min drive (on some very wiggly waggly roads) for retro rally enthusiasts. Finally, our host was excellent. He supplied us with a radiator heater since it was cold and told us where to find shops, what to do in Bonifacio, where to go for the walks and drives. He was really fantastic and spoke excellent English so communication was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Very well equipped appartments near the beach
Reviewed By 88henkStayed here for a week with family of 4, very nice apartments, with two bedrooms and a separate large living room. Aircon worked great. Beach was a 25 minute walk, but main beach was covered with sea weed, instead better choose a branch of the main route towards one of the small rocky inlets. Calvi is easy riding distance, visit the old fort/citadel, the long beach (very crowded) or take the fun train towards ille-Rouse and hop off at one of the fantastic beaches along the route.

Trois villas et 17 appartements au confort luxueux se partagent un domaine de près de un hectare et demi au dessus de L’Ile Rousse, chaque villa, décorée avec beaucoup de soin, dispose de trois chambres et de trois salle de bain, un vaste séjour, une cuisine très équipée. Excellent base for walks in the hills and about 20 minutes drive from a beautiful beach. There are many shops and restaurants in L'ile Rousse, but just a few restaurants and little food shops in Santa Reparate.

Reviewed By saskia219Perfect location for a stay while visiting the area. Friendly owner, extremely helpful. Clean rooms, comfy bed, great shower, nice balcony, small kitchen but no real need for more (there are great restaurants in the area :-)). Quiet location, nice sunny pool.

Peaceful woodland setting on the outskirts of town
Reviewed By dave cWe were worried about arriving at midnight as we knew the reception wasn't staffed 24 hours a day but we were delighted to find that a note had been left on the reception door informing us of the location of our accommodation. It was easily located, with allocated parking. The bungalow consisted of a small kitchenette, breakfast bar with stools, an armchair, storage unit and microwave. Also a double electric hob and full sized fridge. Even a TV, not that we used it. The bedroom had a good sized double with wardrobe (shelves) and bedside shelves with lighting. The bathroom a good size with shower and large basin with additional storage for hanging clothes. Outdoors there was a covered (thatched) picnic table, two sun loungers with drinks table and a further table and chairs for our exclusive use. The nearest bakery was a 10 minute walk away, town centre 5 minutes beyond and a big supermarket opposite a beautiful beach a further 10 minute walk. The accommodation was clean and well equipped, the staff very helpful. There is a pool which is clean and well maintained and a play area for children. Excellent value for money, if this had been in the UK it would be marketed as a Forest Lodge for over twice the price.

With 1.2km of the centre town of Calvi, our establishment accommodates you in the middle of a pine forest looked after within a framework cordial and resting in order to benefit fully from your vacancies in Corsica. Our apartments of 32 m ² can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Of comfort simple and functional, they all are air-conditioned and have an arranged terrace. Small more our residence is its splendid swimming pool bordered of deckchairs and parasols.

Reviewed By Explorer803642Where do we start, the receptionist could not have been more welcoming and helpful during our stay, nothing was a problem. We loved our apartment which was basic but clean and suitable for our needs. It’s a short walk from town but a pleasant walk. Oh and what a beautiful island. We will be back.

Reviewed By queenfluffWe had a wonderful week staying at the Adonis apartments in July. We had a 2 bed sea view apartment which was very modern , clean with fabulous views. Great small port, friendly authentic hardly any english tourists , no package holidays, a real gem! Elena at the reception was amazing! So helpful, cheerful, she could not do enough for us, thank you Elena ! You made our holiday very special and we will definitely be back!
