Reviewed By juan22xTNo WiFi in most of the property, property exceedingly cold, toxic rust in electib boiler, owner kept videos of us with a secret indoor CCTV, refused to delete the footage upon request, refused to stop recording upon request, property is not sound/proof as advertised, owner never returned the damage deposit in spite of no damages. Taking legal action against the owner now.

Was terrible and they even didn't care I ask them for refund, they refund me £10 from £222 , of course them point was to don't give me money back . Please please all.the people before booking with them make sure they are genuine. Because the pictures they are like in Tinder and when you go there definitely 100% you will be disappointed

Reviewed By andrewheywood2016I visited this hotel at the last minute and rang direct and was spoken to by Michael the owner. Nothing was to much trouble from this friendly family run business. Rooms are ideal for the stay with plenty of restaurants around. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get into London as only a stones throw from any transport. Good parking facilities aswell.
