We meet a friend for lunch and as last time were impressed with the menu.It was over a year ago that we last visited and we're pleased that although it seems to have changed hands everything that we liked about it previously was still in evidence. The food was very good with a nice specials board and the service friendly and timely.Close by is the Willowmead shop which has lots of items you can't find anywhere else and new is a Barbers shop which is a very welcome addition.Superb set up which includes a small nursery section and a winery so well worth a visit for many reasons.

Zimbabwe's most vibrant Greek style Café and restaurant
Stopped by on a Sunday for tea and treats on a recent Sunday. My friend had a milkshake and sweet while I had a pot of tea served with a small treat. Both were served quickly and with a smile. We lingered under an umbrella outside the little 'fence', and watched the tables quickly fill with happy, friends and families downing their brunches with smiles and laughter. Another great little restaurant in Arundel.

For two times we ordered food to be delivered here. First time two steaks and a burger. The burger was quite good; the steaks disappointing.Because of the burger we decided to give it a second chance. The burger was good (again), but the pork ribbs were undercooked.Over all this is not value for money.

Mad about seafood, with delicious flavours of the sea prepared with love!!! Come and discover our passion.
Thanks goodness they are still open as many restaurants are closed at the moment because of the money situation. The prices have increased but not as much as they could have!Good service with friendly and helpful staff and the food is excellent.

The setting is lovely yet to get there is a little obscure - the service is warm and friendly and they did have a vegan option too - the mushroom sauce is great but not really a sauce more of a sautéed mushroom but delicious - well worth the visit

This restaurant is in tradional House with the family living upstairs. There is a large lawn and Al Fresco dining is possible. Features good Italian home cook8ng based on very carefully sourced ingredients. Enjoy the various salads specially the salad with grilled beef steak and roast potatoes- a full meal in itself. The pasta is great and the seafood ravioli is exceptional. Service is friendly and attentive. During my last visit to Harare which was about a week, I ended up going four times. Fishmonger Restaurant (located at 50 East Road, Avondale & under new management in 2012) offers freshly-sourced Portuguese-styled seafood dishes & platters; a variety of crisp salads; local & imported wines & meat/ poultry options for the non-fish eater.
We had great expectations of this restaurant and selected it for a family lunch to celebrate two birthdays. Sadly it was decidedly underwhelming; service pleasant but no more than that and the food was very average. The calamares to start were cold and rubbery and main courses were poorly presented and just âlackingâ overall. We all agreed (6 of us) that it was very expensive for the standard and would not be recommending it or rushing back. It needs TLC on presentation and making the lunch experience memorable.
