This is a neighbourhood restaurant. Very little few minutes from home. The biggest chicken wings in town. excellent service and the place is beautiful with a lot of tv screens and a big fireplace outside, to enjoy a cooler dinner with a great fire roaring next to you.

Stokes Grill has been around for a good while, so I decided that longevity must mean something. Between the two of us we had the Pitt Dip (their version of a French dip) and the bourbon BBQ pulled pork. While both were OK, they appeared not to have as much meat as some other restaurants. The problem with that comparison is that the buns that they use at Stokes are a good bit larger than the average bun, so the quantity of meat on the sandwiches might be equal to other places, but it is spread out to cover more area. The pulled pork was OK, nothing too special. The same was the report on the Pitt dip sandwich. They give you a choice of fries, housemade chips or cole slaw. We both had the housemade chips which, also, were OK.

Despite a crowded parking lot( it is small) which is often the case when new restaurants open, not sure this restaurant is worth going out of your way for. I went with a sampler which offered 3 entrees: the chicken was excellent, the pulled pork was good, and the ribs had a non-edible thick black crust but good inside. Green salad was the best I've had in a while. There was a container with 6 types of sauce on each table so you can try them all and add as you like which is a great idea. I had never seen white BBQ sauce before, called Alabama White Sauce, tasted a lot like Ranch dressing but good. My partner had a pulled chicken sandwich which he reported as good but not great.

Stopped in for a business meeting for two, this was my second visit. I like the fish sandwich, very flaky, lightly breading, and a nice fresh bread. I've been there at least twice, its my stop when visiting customers in the area. I see quite a few people dressed in work attire, so it must be a local stop at lunchtime.
The atmosphere is vibrant and fun. It was loud in the bar but very fun. A couple of TVs showing sports and extremely quick service, with a smile. I would definitely come back here if nothing else for the wide beer selection and the pleasant customer service. We all ordered something different but it was all delicious with large portions. The Pork Pot Stickers provided enough for 4 to share as an appetizer with the Quesadillas. They both arrived quickly and presentation was surprisingly nice! One guest had the Cubano and loved it. One had the Asian Catfish Bites which were filling. Of course, I had the mac and cheese and too 90% of it home! It was so delicious! Parking is a bit tricky but we found a spot after a couple of loops around the lot.

I live about 10 minutes away from Wheelfish and my wife and I go there 1-2 times a week for lunch or dinner. It is fabulous in every respect.Wonderful country decor, helpful and friendly staff, excellent beer and cocktail selection (including great craft beer rotation), and a delicious menu. The Wheelfish sweet potato fries are hand-down the best we have ever had and are something that we get a hankering for each week and keeps us coming back. Salty and crispy, with a perfect sweet honey dipping sauce that complements them perfectly. Run, don't walk to Wheelfish today and have a great meal!

We always dine at the restaurant when staying in the area. On this evening we ordered the Italian Wedding soup and two Reubens - one with fries and one with sweet potato fries. The wedding soup was delicious - filled with meatballs, rice and chicken. Both sandwiches were very good and piled high with lean corned beef. The sweet potato fries were very good but the regular fries pretty average. Service was very good.

The OTB Bicycle Cafe is great after spending an active day in North Park. We went here after our Go Ape Course adventure. We sat outside and it had a beautiful view of the lake with plenty of people kayaking and paddle boarding on it as we ate. It was fun to watch the water activities. We had the spring rolls, a burger + fries and the buffalo chicken wrap (I think it's called the Rachel Carson)? The food was good and our service that day was fine.

First time at Blue North, nice atmosphere and really great food! We ordered the Filo Wrapped Brie Cheese as an appetizer. It was really good with smaller individual pieces of cheese and cherries. There were 6 of us, we got 2 orders and there was just enough. The bread and "fancy" butter were delicious! I had the Roasted Salmon, as I said before, it was delicious! Nice drink menu and the happy hour sounded good also. You must be seated at the bar, or high tables in bar area, to order happy hour drinks and small plates.Thank you so much for the review, We appreciate your comments and business!

We were driving by and decided to stop by for a late lunch. We were super glad we did! We found a great variety of beers, fun foods, and great service. The menu had a nice variety including a large selection of smoked items. The burger was delicious as well as the beans and potato salad. Our server, Ericka was knowledgeable about the beers and menu as well as extremely pleasant. Overall a great experience! We will be back.
