Stayed here for two nights as part of Hampi tour. Place is easily accessible. Location is on the main road opposite the museum. Rooms are average size but clean. They had some civil work going on in the corridor during our stay. But since we were out for most part of the day the noise didn't bother us much. Staff is reasonably friendly. Food is good. But the small staff is overworked during breakfast time. Still they do their best to reach out to everyone. All in all a decent place for a reasonable price. Pros - Location, cooperative staff, good breakfast spread. Cons - They can really do with some good senior supervisor for the restaurant staff. All the staff is young and they definitely need guidance. The force of the water in the shower is very very very low. On top of that the shower gel provided is sticky so takes lot of effort to wash away the gel and still keeps a gluey body no matter how much one rubs. Better to get your own bathing bar.

Its villa resort. Stayed in pool villa, rooms are very spacious, one is hall and another is main bedroom, all villas are inside the farm, so very good greenery inside. Price is high, but maintenance is not up to the mark, pool is not cleaned properly. There are few insects inside and pool, no maintenance for that. They will clean the room after 1pm only, till then, we have to stay like that, finally they cleaned the room at 4pm, this is very worst, never seen the hotel like this. Restaurant is ok, only Buffet is available at restaurant, we can't order the the food, but, they serve to the room all item, this is not good and another surprise for me, food is average, no value for money. Breakfast is good. Location is very good, we can easily accessible to all tourist places. They will guide you very well about the all visiting places, they have tourist guild to explain everything.

Kishkinda Heritage Resort, Stone bridge cross, near Anjanadri Hill - is located on the north side of Tungabhadra river from world heritage site Hampi and 7 km from one more world heritage site Anegundi. Resort is surrounded by boulders, and on the west side there is lake attached to resort, opposite paddy fields. Resort having 25 cottages, 4 suites attached with bath room, multi cuisine restaurant, bar, conference hall. party hall, Water park, children park. other facilities are parking, 24 hours power, 24 hours security, 24 hours hot and cold water, all rooms includes breakfast and Dinner, high speed wi-fi,
We stayed at kishkinda resorts for three nights and could regret the decision more. Although the property is nicely located with a natural stream flowing right through the resort. However, if you are expecting service levels or refinement as the price would warrant, forget it! you would not even get water even after multiple reminders. Absolute mockery of guest service in all forms. It is exactly like a cheap state government run place...that has good location and pathetic service to speak of. The water park water is absolute green in color which tells about the lack of any form of up keep. They start the slides for water park only after you plead with them multiple times, no response on their own. One of the kids in our group got a deep cut in his foot from some sharp object (god knows what) that was there on the pool floor, a broken tile or some metal object....ruining the entire trip for us. Again, no ownership for this..... or any form of corrective action trying to remove that item.... :( so we did not go back in that pool again, scared someone else may get hurt They serve food (breakfast and dinner) only for one hour, if you miss that window..... no respite.... go to hell is what they will tell you ..... without verbally saying it.... Food quality is sub standard..... very limited menu items and ...... there was no paneer in paneer curry :) Overall, you can go here for the location, and that's about it... everything else will make you sick everytime you interact with the staff. For the price they charge, its definitely a no no.....

Karnataka Hotels, Hampi is the only hotel located within the World Heritage Site area. The newly-renovated hotel offers 30 well-appointed, air-conditioned rooms with the option of a suite, deluxe and semi-deluxe accommodation. Guests have the convenience of a restaurant that offers Continental and Indian cuisine as well as a beer bar. The hotel also arranges Hampi sight-seeing trips and can arrange for tourist guides who speak fluent English.
We only stayed one night in the Deluxe Double Room. This is one of the few budget hotels near Hampi with plenty of parking, open space, and greenery. The rooms were clean, and the surroundings were well-kept. The front desk staff were also pleasant. The dining experience is what ruins an otherwise truly wonderful experience. The guy in charge of the restaurant is unnecessarily rude and condescending. The food quality was subpar, and it reminded me of college "mess," and it felt like we were at his generosity. I would recommend bypassing the meal offerings and instead using this location only as a place to stay.

Great Location but Unprofessional Staff & Misleading Info! The place is located on the northern banks of river Tungabhadra away from Hampi city centre. If you are planning to drive in and have plans to explore Hampi on your own vehicle, then you have to drive for around 45 mins to reach this remote property. Don't go by the mis-leading description on the booking sites, instead check yourself on Google Maps. Despite its great location next to the gurgling stream, the hotel fails to do justice the immaculate natural setting. Food options are limited and restaurant timings are inflexible. As a whole avoid this property ... there are better options available around Hampi.

Initially I was looking for accommodation in Hippie island, which is on the other side of the river; but found very mixed review for most of the known hotels/stays and prices are also higher. Finally, found out this budget homestay which is in the Hampi Bazaar area. It has only four rooms and during our stay, all of them were occupied by foreign tourists. Primary reason could be the owner Ravi, who is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small as you can find in the photographs. The property isn't spacious. But good and cozy and within our budget. Stayed for 3 nights. Enjoyed the stay. Had a minor problem with running normal water for a few hours but that's not a blocker. Hot water, WiFi etc. were fine.

Hampi better known as the world's largest open air museum, after all these centuries testifies to the glory of the Vijayanagara Empire. The still-standing monuments, with their carefully articulated design and sculpture, pay tribute to the opulence and grandeur. The iconic Stone Chariot and the legendary musical pillars within the Vijaya Vittala Temple: which, as the legend goes, was built for Lord Vishnu himself and the ancient Virupaksha Temple which is believed to have hosted the betrothal of Lord Shiva and Parvati; and countless other monuments steeped in history are what stand as background to the Sloth Bear Resort.
Heaven in Hampi I had 3 night stay with my family. This resort adjacent to Daroji forest. Resort giving all meal , Daroji Bear sanctuary jeep safari , one day Hampi sightseeing in their vehicle, birding , dam visit , river walking and many more in their package. After check in you not to pay single rupee. Mr shivkumar, manager is helpful and friendly, taking care of your needs. Food is delicious. Service and hospitality of staff have no doubt. Mr. Venkatesha is all rounder. He is driver, guide and always ready to make your day enjoyable. My family enjoyed heritage hampi and jungle ride.

Hi, my name is Rocky and i look after the Rocky guesthouse, Hampi which is situated next to Hampi bazar and a 50mtr away from tungabhadra river. We got a well furnished and clean rooms that are situated in the 1st floor, with a nice temple view from the roof top and also the river view. It's good place to do yoga in the roof terrace with a beautiful sunrise. Also you can use a free wifi service.
Rocky was super friendly and available, as was his assistant (we didn't catch his name as he didn't speak much English). We were able to book tours, onward travel and Rocky even helped us actually book an overnight bus back to Bangalore since foreigners can't use foreign cards to book things in India on Indian websites. The guesthouse was clean and comfortable, and right in Hampi Bazaar. Would highly recommend!
