14 Units centrally located in Halls Gap. Off the main road in a quiet location. An easy walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. Spectacular views of the surrounding Grampians National Park. Wildlife at your doorstep.
Stayed three nights, nice big room, clean, walking distance to town, it was an ideal location. Kangaroos came down and nibbled on the grass outside our room, it was lovely and peaceful. Would stay again.

Our third visit to this place, and we love it. Nice, comfortable, and very clean rooms. The best part is the outdoor fire pit, you can collect wood from around the property. Plenty of wildlife around, Kangaroos, Deer, Birds, etc. The hosts are great. Will be back again.

Situated in an idyllic 6.5 Hectare native parkland, our quality accommodation ensures the ultimate in relation and enjoyment. With both motel and fully self contained options, we have everything you need for that perfect holiday.
The location was excellent, 5 mins away from Halls gap restaurants. The motel has a swimming pool, tennis courts, BBQ & stove, as well as a walking trail. Saw kangaroos. The room was decently clean, although the table was sticky. Mostly soundproof except at the door area. Toilet was good too but Could have provided toothbrush or other toiletries. The owner & staff were very friendly & helpful. He recommend food places, milk, & offered to set up a campfire.

Stayed in a one bed cabin which was clean and roomy. It had under cover parking, stove, air con, electric blankets. Lots of young families staying over the weekend & kids riding around on gocarts. The park is overlooked by the Booroka Lookout and not too from town centre. Park was well kept. Lots of walks and lookouts in the area to explore. Did not realise it was the weekend of the annual Gap Run when we booked.

The views of the surrounding Grampians are spectacular, and the staff went above and beyond to do what they could to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Even though they were short staffed that night, Tania and Michelle, the chef, offered to make up another room for us so we could have a bath tub! Michelle helped with choosing from the menu, and cooked up a wonderful risotto and the pasta dish was equally delicious. We finished off with a perfect pavlova. The room we had was spacious and clean, with plenty of hot water in the shower. Flocks of cockatoos and kangaroos came to our back door to welcome us.

Had a lovely time at Grampians View Cottages. We were very warmly welcomed by Jurek and Grevillea Cottage was well appointed - well stocked kitchen cookware and utensils, loads of wood and kindling for the Coonara, lovely hot shower and great wifi!. Kids enjoyed the basketball court and bicycles free for hire. Had a dad emu and his 5 teen-emus wander right past our front door. Five minute drive into Halls Gap and a lovely hotel right across the road for dinner. Look forward to staying here again on our next visit to the Gap.

Beautiful spot surrounded by the Grampians. Roomy sites with fire pits allowed. Easy walk to town and the starting point for many bush walks. We have stayed here often and prefer the lower section but all spots are good. Lots of live-in kangaroos!

This is one of Victoria's last remaining traditional, country guest houses, being refurbished into a very comfortable small hotel in the heart of Halls Gap. With its balconies and unique two-storey Queenslander style facade, the Mountain Grand Halls Gap is a friendly home away from home - an unpretentious place to welcome you after a big day exploring the majestic mountains & valleys of the Grampians National Park. There are 10 rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Free WiFi available.
Booked online for a one night stay. Came to book in and reception was closing at 4pm? Alarm bells were ringing at the state of the premises and reception. Got our room key and were horrified by the conditions. Room was shabby and dirty, fingerprints on surfaces, dirty, mouldy bathroom. Unpleasant smell in the room and barely any space to walk around the bed. No one to complain to as reception was closed. My strong advice is DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION! It needs a total refurbishment and a thorough clean as well as some trained hospitality staff.
