An absolutely amazing holiday, thanks to the most attentive and friendly staff of the Athen Pallas hotel! From the moment we arrived and throughout we were so well taken care of, we cannot thank the team enough. We were given complimentary upgrades to the Armonia suites, with 14 of us in 6 rooms located next to each other, it felt almost like we had our own private villa and pool! The whole group enjoyed every moment from age 2 to 74! The Doxato restaurant always impressed especially the traditional greek dishes! We have collectively visited the hotel 4 times now, and look forward to coming again! Thank you to the hotel staff who really are the reason we return! Making us feel comfortable, and so well looked after!

The resort also features three helipads.
just got back from a relaxing four days, the hotel has new management so ignore any reviews from before two years ago, you can see they have made some major changes and where they are trying to take the hotel. The hotel itself has some breath taking views, it’s on a marina with some luxury boats that come in and out the of the port onto the med which is actually what the hotel reminds me of like a huge cruise liner without the boat part, right next to a soft shell beach. It’s not loud you won’t hear a lot apart from the noise of the waves and the sounds of conversations between families in all different languages, it basically shuts down at ten, the wifi is brilliant you get it even on the beach, no reserving sun beds, there’s so many, the hotel is so clean. The staff are the best you can ask for they take an interest in you, who you are, why you are there, always polite even if guests are not so much. The drinks are not watered down, you get a real glass of coke, true Gin in your drinks, with waiter service for lunch and dinner drinks, so if that’s your thing then it’s perfect and you don’t need to read the buts there are a few buts though. Remember in Greece you pay a hotel tax, it’s different depending on your hotel star rating, it’s based on the number of nights and payable on arrival so if you book four nights even if you arrive after midnight then you pay for four nights, that’s not just this hotel but as this is a five star hotel I think it’s relevant. If you arrive after ten at night there is no food even on an all inclusive, you have to wait until morning or pay additional costs, the costs for anything that’s not in the all inclusive is a lot, 1 Coca-Cola is 5 euros, that nearly five pounds for a glass of Coca-Cola. There is no electronics for sale close to the hotel so if your charger cable breaks, then you have issues, we managed to borrow one from one of the staff so always bring spares. You have to make arrangements for food and drink if you have a late transfer back to the airport, ours was late afternoon so we did get lunch but no drinks if you don’t then you will have to pay. Not all food and drink is part of the all inclusive deal and the food that is which is a buffet doesn’t change massively but the staff take great care in the preparation of the food. It’s always cleanly served, lots of choice but watch the labels I mistakenly ate beef which was labelled pork, needless to say I’m not supposed to eat beef, after my second bite I went to check only to be told it’s been mislabelled. However on an all inclusive package you do get one meal in the menu based restaurant away from the the buffet. The spa is great but as with all hotels it’s additional costs with no discounts for all inclusive packages. the gym has a glass view right next to the port, don’t get me wrong it needs new equipment so I had to train on the beach but a few days that I did train in there showed how well it’s been thought out. This hotel isn’t cheap in an era of rising costs of living, for most of us now a holiday is a luxury and you need to choose wisely. Would we go back? yes but it’s not my first choice and I think with where ever you go you should always leave with your hotel being the first choice to go back to especially a five star luxury hotel, even if that choice doesn’t last I’m not sure this hotel did that but with a few tweaks it certainly could do,

Just returned from a lovely week here, we had an amazing time the hotel is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean, the staff are all amazing they were never without a smile the managers are always around the hotel and always said hello, nothing was too much trouble we asked for extra towels they were delivered straight away, we travelled as a family with a baby and almost 12 year old, there was certainly something for everyone the animation team work very hard and are so lovely and friendly they are only young but have so much energy to keep everyone active and engaged our daughter loved spending time with them, there is a lovely man in the restaurant that saved a banana everyday of our holiday and greeted us each morning with a smile and a banana! We travelled with a baby that has allergies and these were catered to fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to make sure he had something he liked( the lady with the blonde hair in the restaurant came straight over to us each morning which was so lovely) the reception staff were all friendly and always smiling we were greeted on our arrival with a drink and then quickly shown to our room, which was beautiful and spacious and spotless. We did venture to the shops down the road but to be honest it wasn’t worth the walk the hotel shop is well stocked with things you would need to buy, this hotel is perfect if your looking for a relaxing week away in a beautiful location over looking the sea but there isn’t much around it, this suited us as we were only staying for a week, the bar staff were also so friendly and we were always greeted well and with a smile, I did get bitten by mosquitos and the lifeguard attended to the bites and gave me some treatment for them he was a very nice man and also so happy and very helpful, we have never stayed anywhere like this hotel it’s unique for the service especially for all inclusive they really do look after you, you get waiter service in the restaurant at meal times and in the panorama bar we loved sitting in there in the afternoon on the balcony over looking the sea, the food and drinks were lovely we never struggled to find something everyone liked and we all ate really well (a bit too well!) I don’t usually write reviews but I felt this hotel really deserved a review! We don’t usually return to the same place as we like to see new places but if I was looking for a week away to totally relax I would certainly return, we had one day at the beach which was lovely and we really liked that you got sun beds and drinks with the all inclusive again not very often you get this, The staff are an absolute credit to this hotel they made us feel so welcome in all areas I did also visit the spa that was lovely very tranquil modern and clean the prices were very reasonable too.

The Atrium hotel, is a place where nature and man coexist in harmony. A family owned hotel is enchantingly framed by the pine forest of the Kassandra Peninsula and the crystal waters of the Aegean. The management and the staff of the hotel will do their best so you will be able to rediscover the simple pleasures of life and to spend some quality time with your loved ones.
A big hotel. Very pretty views. Lovely layout. Staff were EXCELLENT so friendly from reception-bar-restaurant-cleaning staff. Really friendly team and so polite. Coming this time of year not a great deal open as the hotel itself closes in a few days time. Local area is very authentic. But again not a great deal open, so if you looking for busy bars etc, not the time to come. Guests with mobility problems would struggle to walk into the local village, however the hotel does have a complimentary shuttle bus running 5x a day and return. The walk is lovely, but steep hill back !! We went All inclusive, drinks were OK but basic. Same with the food. Always fresh but not a huge choice. Because it’s all COVID safe everything had to be served from behind screens, but there was no limit how much you could have if you have a big appetite. Enjoyed our break ❤️

The guest’s accommodation provide all comforts: - air-condition, satellite TV, telephone, internet connection, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, bathrobes and slippers. There is a large range of various room types on offer ranging from standard garden and sea view rooms, junior suites with garden view or sharing pool up to deluxe suites with private pool. The location on a golden sandy beach and the crystal clear water reflecting the deep green of the pine forest make the perfect settings for your dreams to begin.
We arrived here after a long, tiring journey, and was checked in efficiently and quickly, then taken to our room with our luggage in a buggy. Our room was clean and spacious. Plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. There was a mini fridge, tea/ coffee and kettle. Free safe. Bathroom also very clean with complimentary toiletries. Shower over the bath was good too. Everywhere was so clean, and all the staff were friendly and very polite. Food and drink was good, and varied. We really enjoyed the Taverna (you needed to book) There were several pools, but our favourite was the poseidon pool, which was nearest to the sea and also had the poseidon bar. There was never any problems getting a sunbed. It was also fairly quiet. Entertainment was quite good , but there was lots of quiet places to just sit and drink if you don't want to be entertained. There isn't a lot to do off the complex, and personally I think it is more suited to families and older couples. The only bad thing, which isn't the hotels fault, is the mosquitos. We got savaged, lost count of how many bites we had, but at least 30 each. Mosquito repellent and some kind of itch relief or antihistamines are a must.

We are very pleased with this wonderful hotel. Hygiene is at the highest level, they have a large selection of quality food from traditional Greek cuisine, vege meals .... mh mh mh. The place is calm and quiet. The service from the staff is impeccable (young and positive people) who contribute to positive energy in the hotel itself. The pool is very clean. This hotel deserves 5 stars. I have already booked for next month and I can not wait to come again. ???

The hotel is near Neos Marmaras, close to the beach and to a pine forest. It consists of several buildings (A - K) with different types of rooms, double superior rooms, or junior suits with different views. It has a very nice and big garden with plants of palm trees, flowers, grass, a fountain, a children's playground and a pool for kids and adults. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist explained how to get to our building, but it is a little bit confusing as you need to search for the letter of the building and then the room number. If you have languages and a small kid, it is hard to get from the parking area to the building. You also need to sign if you want your room to be cleaned every three days or not all, but the maids come every day to take out the trash and clean the room. They didn't change our sheets for a whole week. The staff all around the hotel, at the restaurant, at the pool bar were helpful, kind, polite, and friendly. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. For a family of two and a kid you also receive a folding bed (not very comfortable and not safe for a 2 years old child). The furniture is brand new, the balcony is big with a table and two or three chairs and a laundry wire. The air condition works pretty well and only when closing the balcony door. The remote control is not working very well and the tv channels are few. The WIFI is free and has a good signal all over the hotel. The pool is nice and clean but crowded and you have to wake up in the morning to occupy a sunbed by leaving towels on them. You also have one table near your sunbeds, but nobody takes the empty glasses, so you need to take them to the garbage basket located in the middle of the distance. The drinks are not that good, especially the soft drinks and the coffee. The beer and the alcoholic drinks are ok. The beach is good sized, but it can be cleaner. The entry in the water is really bad, full of rocks, but if you have special shoes it's ok. If you want to have a drink, you need to cross the street and go to the pool bar. The same thing with the toilet. The restaurant is big, with lots of tables, but you need to have gloves to take your food and wear a mask. The food is not that great. A lot of semi-prepared food. The fish dishes were disappointing. We received twice some fried calamari and octopus and some pasta with seafood. For small kids, you don't have too many options. The pasta is the same every day, and the sauce, especially the "carbonara" tastes really bad. The salads and the cheese is really good. The desserts are the same, jars with vanilla cream covered with different things. The watermelon is omnipresent. You can get crepes, waffles, and ice cream at the restaurant. The breakfast is the same every day. I definitely recommend accommodation with breakfast, especially since there are quite a few taverns around where you can eat great food and you practically get the same price. We had one night of live music and kids have almost every night mini disco, an animator who entertains them for half an hour by playing and dancing to kids songs.

Liked: - location was excellent (the sea and the beach) - the beds were comfortable Disliked: · Although this feedback is personal, other tourists who were in the hotel during the same period and with whom I discussed during the stay had similar observations. - the room was cleaned only 2 times during an 8-day stay and only after a complaint at reception - the cleaning of the room was very poor, consisting of emptying the trash can and arranging 1 bed (these are the only good things I noticed when I returned to the room) - bath towels were changed only once during the entire stay (8 nights), after a visit to the reception - the light in the room was insufficient, some of the bulbs / lamps being defective - lack of shampoo & body shower (only a rest of fluid in a dispenser in the shower cabin, finished after the 1st day) - an outdated & small shower cabin, with curtains which clung to your body during washing - discrimination between Greek tourists and tourists of other nationalities. One evening when there was a power outage, we were forbidden to use the tables on the outdoor terrace, while for a group of Greek tourists the same tables were arranged as soon as they requested it. - the lack of a backup power source - a power generator - that could have helped provide the water needed for washing when returning from the beach. In the last days of our stay there were numerous power outages that made it impossible for us to clean & serve dinner in normal conditions - lack of drinking water at dinner - not even 1 glass - tourists being forced to buy it. This is just about the wrong policy of the hotel, not being very difficult to include the value of a bottle of water / family (few cents) in the price paid for half-board. This is practiced by any tavern / café you go to, where you are offered 1 glass of water / bottle of water regardless of consumption (1 cup of ice cream / 1 coffee / lunch) - the lack of involvement of the management team in the activity of this hotel
