From the moment we entered the hotel, everyone is very friendly and trying to be helpful. The food in the restaurant is very delicious and diverse. We thank the friends at the reception. The evening entertainment program was very enjoyable and entertaining. We thank everyone individually.

Reviewed By charliekilburnJasmin beach hotel We’ve just returned from an amazing 2 week stay at the Jasmin beach hotel and we were all overall very impressed. The cleanliness was incredible with the cleaning team straight onto any mess. The main restaurant there was always something to eat for everyone and travelling with a toddler she loved the food choices. Special thank you to Buse in the restaurant she was incredible with my little girl always making her smile and overall very friendly. Anne in guest services was amazing too very helpful and always willing to help my buggy lost a screw while staying there and she got it fixed for me (thank you so much) also before travel she was helpful via email my daughter is terrified of the shower and with no problems changed our booking to a club room with a bath. The photographers were both very good and captured some lovely photos of my baby for me (difficult with a toddler I know). Everyone in the restaurant got to know our drinks orders too which was a cute touch. Overall all the staff were incredible and want to say thank you all hope to see you soon.

No sleep possible on 5th floor ‘royal (more expensive) rooms, especially after a dinner for outside hotel guests
Reviewed By Esther_vdL_2905When you book a ‘royal room’ on the 5th floor forget your sleep, especially after they organized a dinner for people from outside. Sounds in your room similar as they are demolishing the hotel, as the 5th floor is below the restaurant/pool area. (Demolishing sounds start at 6 in the morning till 1 at nights, 5 hours sleep max possible. starts at 6 in the morning when they start to move the chairs and tables for breakfast, means very limited sleeptime throughout my holiday. Bathroom too old, housekeeping forgot water, tea/coffee cups, no toiletpaper etc… overall, max 2 or 3 stars. Staff wonderful, beach similar as gumbet disco, food average. Location wonderful, far from gumbet centre (=far from the disco noise) beautiful sea view from the hotel restaurant, best Spa I have ever been

A month of paradise!
Reviewed By wendywS3951EBWe were temporarily unable to travel to our new home in Indonesia due to the pandemic. We were fortunate to find this beautiful gem. The family and staff who run the hotel were very helpful......even rescuing my husband when he got a flat tire on his bike a long way from the resort. The location is absolutely spectacular. Our view was delightful, and the private beach and grassy area above were splendid for watching the sunset. The staff provided everything we needed, gave fantastic recommendations, and ensured our month was memorable. I had to work and needed good wifi which they provided as well. We miss you all, Gumbet Cove!

Reviewed By fio7325Y’all it looks so different from the pictures. To be honest we were so disappointed. The room was small, not very clean. Breakfast was not the best, it was an open buffet so flies were everywhere. They need a real improvement. Positive things: Pool was decent. The guys at the reception were friendly. Location is not bad like 10 min walk to the beach. Unfortunately I would NOT recommend this hotel for a nice vacay or getaway.
