If you want a top quality steak. Then look no further. Mortons on the 9th floor of the PACF mall. High quality meat and preparation. Service magestic, surroundings opulent. This is not an everyday treat. On weekdays if you order a drink at the bar you can get steak sandwiches for free. Not a bad deal. Also have chains in HK

5. Grill & Bar Restaurant (Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen)

The Grill & Bar has a very nice selection of steaks and seafood. The restaurant is located in the four Points Sheraton in Shenzhen. The appetizers are plentiful. I like the 8 chicken peanut skewers. The steams are properly prepared and the service is attentive. The main weakness is the wine list is limited and tends to favour the sweeter wines. Overall however a very nice evening out.

We went out because we wanted to see the new place. Of course, it came with high expectations because we knew the menu and thought weâd get some good grub. Honestly, everything was great except for the main course. Big letdown. We ordered two New York strips, and let me say, it was the worst version of this cut Iâve ever seen/had. This is literally a $5 steak from IHOP. What a tragedy. Iâd come back because the service was good and I enjoyed the place, but if you ever go here, do yourself a favor and order anything but this. Hard Rock should be ashamed that they serve it.

I decided to try the Japanese restaurant eventhough I wasn't really conviced.I was completely wrong! Malt is a little diamond inside that amazing building. It was just great, service was very attentive and food was to die for.Price was a little high but it was totally worthy.Also I had few drinks after dinner at the bar and it was very enjoyable with a great atmosphere. As a Paper Tiger, this Restsurant looks good and the food looks good too. What is missing is the taste. I agree that the food looks like a 5-star Restsurant, but where did the taste go? Things are very under-seasoned and bland to the extreme.There is a good selection and the artistic element is top notch. However, there are many things missing to make this place worth the extremely excessive price tag. The advertisements show nice thick charcoaled steaks (as an example). What you get is very poor paper-thin cuts of inferior meat that resembles a microwave dinner.The Seafood was ok but certainly not exceptional and the Japanese sushi and sashimi just fell apart and had no flavor.We were really disappointed with this buffet (especially at an extremely excessive price) and went out for local food afterwords.I am sorry to recommend that you stay away from this venue for breakfast and dinner, since we felt totally violated and underwhelmed.
