Located in the Pearl River Delta, Zhuhai borders Jiangmen to the northwest, Zhongshan to the north, and Macau to the south. Went in her with a group of about 10 for a very good business dinner. The food quality and presentation was perfect. Some dishes such as the wasabi prawns were absolutely superb. This is certainly a zhuhai restaurant I look forward to returning to.

Haidilao is a traditional Sichuan hot pot restaurant open more than 160 branches among China market and some oversea business, like in LA, Singapore. Haidilao is famous for its service culture that never reject guest require even customer ask for extra discount. When I walked into the restaurant, I can really feel that the service employee would like to service from the bottom of heart, and they do not feel shy to do self introduction, because they want to give respect from customer when they show respect to customer.Long waiting list could be a big problem for Haidilao, it is common for me to wait at least 30 minutes to 60 minutes before turnover a seat. Inversely, Haidilao has few complaints about long waiting time, because they provides many personal care service like nails salon, shoes cleaning, complimentary snacks, fruits and drinks even you want to take away, Haidilao input huge investment on service innovation. From the aspect of customer, I can feel that Haidilao is trying predict the guests' expectation from the observation method, when I enjoy the assistant from employee, their senior manager is doing the same job as employee to service customer, it shows that the enterprise give respect and motivation to its employee.I received an abnormal service when I have lunch at Haidilao alone, they notice I have been there for around 15 minutes and there may not some of my friends will come, they put a doll in front of me and explain that hope you can enjoy your lunch with the accompany of this cute doll. Every employees are given empowerment to handle my require, when I ask a dish of watermelon, it is free, but actually, the waiter took a larger dish which full of many kinds of fruits to me, I know it clearly if I order it from the menu, it may cost more than 60 yuan. When employee has authority to make decision, the customer is easily to satisfied if employee can response immediately.Haidilao's abnormal service standard has exceeded my expectation so much and it is hardly for me to require more because they have prepared special offers to you before you ask.

Last year visit Macau we enjoy the food here 4 times in a row, lunch and dinner.This times after check to Wynnn Palace call a taxi and go there directly, can't wait to taste the yummy Tou Tou Koi dimsums Prawn dumpling, Long strip dumpling and toast bread with pork chops were the Best in Asia To see all dish we order simply go to linajasin youtube channel find the title Best Food in Macau Service was fast and excellent, make sure find Risa she can speak very well English and she is very nice to serve us who can't speak Mandarin All food was fresh and delicious Very clean restaurant, highly recommended for all type of travelers

the overall dining experience was smooth and nice, not much surprises and excitement given it's a 3-star restaurant.the dining environment was grand but not having a comfortable feeling. the abundance use of marble made the background a bit noisy to be honest.food quality was good, but not surprisingly good.we ordered the tasting menu with wine pairing, the wines selected were a bit disappointed given 3 out of 4 wines were white wine, and the red wine was not ready to drink, too much hard tannin. we understand we can't complaint much given it's just an additional $1,000 for 2-pax wine pairing. yet when it comes to visiting a 3-star, budget shouldn't be an utmost consideration. I would suggest they offer an option of wine-pairing for selection.lastly, the offer of eff tart and Hong Kong style milk tea was a joke to us. The restaurant was serving chinese cuisine instead of Hong Kong's!We heard their lunch time dim sum was good, possibly a wrong choice on visiting for dinner.

I have been several times to Zhuhai, and I have tried many fine restaurants, however, Feast at Sheraton Zhuhai continues to be my favorite. The place is huge, the variety of dishes is great. The have both, western and Chinese style cuisine, and the sea food is always fresh. Mr. Eason was extremely helpful, and polite. He is an attentive gentleman, who keeps the table clean, and my cup of coffee full.

We were delivered here for lunch by our tour guide who we negotiated a tour with us from the ferry terminal from Hong Kong. After getting our guide to translate for us we have placed our orders but have yet to dine. Having had lunch now the unanimous agreement was that this was a great meal. Well priced,for food and drinks but if you do not speak fluent Chinese find an app or translator to order our meals. But then. A serious word of warning- when we got our bill (in Chinese) then worked through each item, we found that we were charged for: chopsticks, initial tea and nuts; a chair fee along with other assorted charges that increased our bill by nearly 30%!!!Thank you for your time to share your dining experience with us, we had learnt that there is a shortfall on Service and Billing. We sincerely apologize for not being able to meet your expectation. We take your comments seriously and we had shared with our management team. We are keep striving for improvement and looking forward to your next visit with exceptional experience.

It was rated top score in China website, so I called 5 days early to book a room . It was terrible manner as they reluctant to reserve a room at 6 pm and 2-3 people as no minimum charge policy, as while I said I am ok to pay more , and he said at least 800 dollars, I thought it should be ok as at the end I paid 1250 for two persons . On the day, they called at 10:45am and said cannot reserve table at 6 , I can only come at 5. After negotiating with him, he reserved a table at 7:30. As it was holiday , I travelled early from st Regis to the restaurant, it was full and I stroll around the seaside to take some nice pictures and back at 730 . I ordered 4 dishes of seafood and bbq pork and vegetables , total 1240 . Two persons, the food was good at these price , it is better then most of the hk seafood restaurant I must say . Service wise...no comment Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding dining experience at JIN YUE XUAN SEAFOOD RESTAURANT! We are glad that you enjoyed our food and service. Every dish in Yanting was phenomenal. Presentation on point and so creative! Dining there is such a value for money as food is at top quality no doubts! Frank and his team executed their service so elegantly that makes the whole experience fantastic with family! My favorite restaurant in Zhuhai and even Macau for sure! :) absolutely love it all! I canât wait to bring more friends over to try!

I had a lunch at JW Marriott Hotel Macau's reputable Chinese restaurant- the Man Ho during my stay here. As one of the most renowned Chinese restaurants in town, Man Ho is serving classic Cantonese cuisine in a contemporary Chinese setting.I don't understand why, but yessss they were doing an all-you-can eat menu (not sure it's only for lunch or what but I ordered soooooo much and enjoyed a lot!!) Definitely worth a visit!
