Things to do in Guanajuato
Felicidades! Obvio hemos regresado en varias ocasiones.

We ate at the restaurant on Avenida de la Presa - it's a big space with nice outdoor seating and a cool, artsy vibe with a fun little shop. Our food was not super memorable, but good, standard Mexican fare. I think breakfast is served all day too. Worth a stop in at least for a coffee if you're in the neighborhood. I think they have live music on the roof terrace some nights, which would be a lot of fun.

I had always like Antik before.,,but now they are larger, and with more light and with a wider menu with as always good drinks.Entrance is no longer facing Plaza Baratillo but around the corner on Truco,,,,small door, wish easier to see.Desserts and coffee sold to go (and for eating in) in the lobby floor or make your way upstairs to one of the three spacious, well lit rooms (and a bar area as well). Much more comfortable.Wide food menu from pizza/pastas to sushi to burgers and pitas. And teas/coffees to cocktails. And their new (or so i think) desserts, YUM!!!Great vibe amd good staff ...i hope they can start showing movies here againI like Antik before and now an even better version!!!

I have been there many times over the last months - I am never disappointed by the quality of their burgers and chips. The pub offers a large of meals with quirky names and traditional beverages, from micheladas to artesanal beers. The service is good. A nice stop with delicious quality food and a place where we can talk.thank you so much

We visited "the Blue Key" after reading reviews on TA and upon recommendation of our food tour guide. What a pleasant experience! We enjoyed cold beers accompanied by delightful, complimentary, small plates of food. In fact, our 2nd round was accompanied by chilequiles, soup, and more spicy papas. The décor in this "hole in the wall" bar was eclectic with movie posters, old radios and old photos of GTO. Would definitely recommend La Clave Azul for an afternoon respite.

First floor taco bar with full bar and wine list. Second floor lounge and rooftop terrace with full menu, wine list and a wide selection of Mexican spirits and cocktails
We arrive to your right when they stopped serving food. This was unfortunate, because my friend ate there the night before, and said he had one of the best meals of his life. We decided to stay for some drinks, and Javier took very good care of us. The entire staff was extremely friendly to us, made us foreigners feel like we were at home. Also, their terrace has one of the best views of the city.

We were just going to drop in for a quick shot. My husband likes mescal. I tried it and didn't like it at all so went there with an open mind, but not expecting to stay. We were the only 2 in the bar and sat at the very comfortable bar. We ended up having Armando to ourselves and stayed a couple hours! Not only did he find me 3 mescals I liked, he helped my husband try some new mescals, and we both learned a lot. Aside from that we got into some great discussions. I'm pretty sure we solved most of the problems in the world. It was a memorable evening - thank you Armando!!
