This restaurant follows the tradition of most "Brazilian" steakhouses. They serve meat and have a salad bar.The salad bar is scarce (several dishes of potatoes mostly) The meat is good, not prime quality but ok, nevertheless they tend to wait sometime before they get the meat to you so my advice is to stay away from the salad bar until they start serving you the meat.Another minus is that at least two of the meats are pork and two others are chicken

I really like the atmosphere and beef offerings at this Leon landmark. All was served with a smile and a taste unmatched by any beef I had eaten anywhere to that date.HOWEVER...I ordered the "Churrasco MartÃn Fierro" Steak stuffed with cheese in laymen's terms, and within hours I was agonizingly wrenching in the hospital with a near-deadly case of botulism! Yep, a sort of Moctechzumas revenge set into my gut that kept me in bed for 5 days. I guess it was tainted cheese, improper cooking or something. Nobody else in my party was affected as nobody ordered the same meal. Just my luck I guess.I guess you are wondering why I didn't just trash this place. Well, the food I ate was delightful and the way down and for many hours afterward. And, everybody else with me felt the same way. It is a good choice for and you probably won't regret the decision to patronize this way cool meat spot. Just examine your meat for doneness and stay away from the cheesy steak thing.

The place feels dirty, I'm not talking about the toilets but the main dining hall: the tales, the chairs, the floor... everything just feel dirty. The service is no better than terrible, seems like they are doing you a favor for eating at that filthy place. And as many said before, the food is below average at most.

The service was terrible, too much people for just a few waiters. But the food was really good. I would recommend it, although it is not a cheap place. With a strong legacy of Argentinean style steakhouses in Leon, the " Rincon Gaucho" maintains the excellent quality of their meat selections, appetizers , side dishes , desserts and services. We found some Excellent Mexican wine selections from the The famous Guadalupe valley. One of the best dinning experiences of my 10 day trip to 5 Mexican cities. Great value too $$Will be back !!

We have been in Mr. pampas for a business dinner. We got really a mass of meat every stick of meat was very tasty, the buffet was also with a hugh variety. We enjoyed our stay on this restaurant. Totally recommended.

It has been always a favourite in our family. My husband loves the staff, service and the meat of course. Steaks are always great. I find the non steak options a bit boring, but its ok. The kids club is big enough, and their staff is very friendly. Desserts are also great (says my husband)

I did not read carefully the evaluations, so I was not ware that is a buffet restaurant!So, food is nice for this type of restaurant, but not my favorite.Please note that the service is also very professional!
