The rooms are clean, very cozy and all created with personal owner's touch. The area is surrounded with nature and is very peaceful. Highly recommended.

Our favorite on the island
Reviewed By 186jcmMy girlfriend and I had our best time at this hotel. We know the island pretty well by now and this is our favorite location to get around from. The view overlooking the bay is amazing and at a walking distance from our favorite restaurants but most of all, our balcony was favored with a constant breeze of fresh air that was very much appreciated on hot days. Rooms are very thoughtfully arranged, excellent privacy and hospitality.

Faultless but you will need a car
Reviewed By BrushMit's very unusual that you come across an establishment as perfect as this one. It's just lovely as are the hosts and it feels as if eveything is new. Add to that the tranquillity and spaciousness of the property and you have something really special. It was by far the best place we stayed at in Guadeloupe and it would be my first choice if we went back, and gicen the size of the island you could pretty much base yourself here and see everything. The only caveat I would put on it is that you really need a car as there are really no eating options within walking distance - yes you can walk into town but in the heat it's not much fun.

Reviewed By Lara RGreat experience at the palmaretum! I was there with my mother and we love it. Great jacuzzi and pool. The hotel is located in a nice green area with many trees and plants. The food was amazing and the owners was very friendly.

Five spacious red wooden villas, from 150 euros per night for 2. Four of the villas are nestled among the vegetation and one is upstairs with a view of the sea and its sunset. The latter will be better appreciated in the new wooden hut nestled in a mango tree, with a view of the Soufriere. Each villa is designed for everyone's privacy and calm, you can enjoy the swimming pool and its Spa for the Désirable villa and a private Spa for the other four villas. In addition for all, Infinity pool with a Teak terrace to enjoy the sun. Located 15 minutes from Basse Terre and 10 minutes from the village of Vieux Habitants we await you for a peaceful stay in the heart of a lush garden. On the first heights of Vieux-Habitants, fruit trees and tropical flowers accompany you on this land ventilated by the trade winds. Reservation on our site is possible with visibility of availability. Possibility of breakfast. Villas ideally located for exploring Guadeloupe. Car essential.
Paradise like no other - stay here!
Reviewed By benschenkelWe spent two weeks in this gorgeous property, doubling the length of our stay because of the wealth of nearby activities and the incredible treatment we received from the owner Rodrigue. He greeted us with a decadent basket of tropical fruit, French pastries and two jugs of homemade rum punch. The unit had everything you could ask for to make it a comfortable experience, from a mosquito-killing racket to a rainbow-lit jacuzzi. The internet was also much stronger than advertised, which made it possible to telework from this luxury villa. Not only did we greatly enjoy the Infinity pool area, but Rodrigue went out of his way to invite us for a dinner of local delicacies including langoustine. We still cannot believe his level of genuine hospitality. This is a paradise with close access to beautiful beaches and nature hikes, conveniently situated between Bouillante and Basse-Terre. The value for money was exceptional. Definitely make a point to stay here!

Reviewed By MayaG14We loved our stay at the cocotel. The room is very neat and new. I loved sitting outside on the porch surrounded by green. The swimming pool is really nice and the jacuzzi was the cherry on top. The staff was really friendly.

Alors Flo et Yannick vous attendent dans leurs 6 chambres de 25 m². Elles sont décorées avec raffinement et équipées d'un lit de 160 x 200 cm, d'une climatisation, d'une douche à l'italienne, d'un W.C., d'un sèche-cheveux, de linge de lit et de serviettes de toilette, de draps de bain, d'une T.V. à écran plat de 122 cm, d'un coffre-fort, d'un mini-bar, et d'une WIFI gratuite. Il ne reste plus que 80m pour plonger dans le lagon de Saint-François : c'est un peu ça le paradis, non ?

Check out at 10 a.m., very far from the sea, very high cost-250 euros per room! We don’t understand by what criteria this hotel was awarded 4 stars! This is not a hotel, but an ordinary family pension. This married couple owns two similar houses, which for some reason we do not classify in 4 and 5 stars.

Amazing and kind owners
Reviewed By janahobsonVilla Mancina was a great place to relax and enjoy our time in Guadeloupe. Jean Pierre and Valerie took care of us and helped us to get a car rental in the town. Their homemade jams and bread were delicious! PS: You need to have a car to be able to see stuff around and visit the town and its restaurant as the villa is quite far from everything else.

Dès notre arrivée nous avons été mis à l'aise, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Environnement apaisant.. Je recommande les yeux fermés.
