Just had dinner here - I'm on the road for business. I had Uncle Herschel's breakfast (for dinner), and it came hot and fast - the server let me substitute broccoli and salad for the grits and hash browns, so it was even really healthy! When I was done I found some fun Christmas stuff in the shop--a pleasant hour spent all around, and I'll be back next time I'm in Augusta!

Pelican's Snoballs serves New Orleans Style Shaved Ice. Unlike a crunchy snow cone, a snoball is just like fresh snow powder filled with flavor! We offer over 100 different and unique flavors including sugar and dye free options. We also offer various toppings including sweet cream, condensed milk, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, marshmallow topping, sour spray and an assortment of gummy candies!
Family treat night this past Sunday. We drove from about 17-20 mins away. Best SnoCone we've ever had and worth the drive. They literally melt in your mouth. Great play area to keep kids busy while waiting.
The BIG negative was the hour and a half wait! We arrived around 7:30pm and were served around 9:00pm. There's not enough places to sit while your waiting in line that long! We almost left because the kids still needed baths and had to get in bed for school, but we had already been waiting an hour, why give up. We had no idea it would be another 30 mins! My husband said we could have went somewhere and sat down to have pizza and go get and ice cream in the time it took to get a SnoCone. We will not go back until there are more SnoCone machines and more employees. Friends were saying the same thing at the ball park. Mgmt, please solve the wait time issue quickly!

I try to stop by here about once a month for donuts for work and home. My son absolutely loves their Apple Fritters. So do my co-workers! I enjoy all their variety and coffees. Always very helpful and pleasant staff! Definitely recommend

This a really good Mexican restaurant. Food is tasty and service is friendly and good. They are set up well for lunch, and have always delivered great service, even with large groups without reservations.
They get a 5 star rating because they have the best salsa around the area, hands down! Fresh and well done. Slightly different texture than other salsa's, with just the right amount of heat. I would be satisfied most days with the free chips and salsa alone. Try it and see what you think...

If you are like me, you have settled for burnt espresso shots and cruddy coffee solely because thats what we here in the CSRA believed to be our options... but thankfully that is NOT the case. My hubby stumbled upon the humble travel kiosk of the Coffee Geek, or David, as you will quickly come to know him. He would set up shop around Evans and Grovetown during the week, but now he has a permanent parking spot right in front of his soon-to-be brick and mortar building in Grovetown (near City Hall).
This guy KNOWS coffee, and he will gladly share his secrets with you so you too can make that amazing cup of java. He is kinda quirky, and seems to know a little something about everything which is another reason you tend to see the same people coming back every day. He will create just about anything you can come up with, and everything I have tried has been fantastic.
I apologize in advance, because after one visit you will abandon any other form of coffee purchasing you were previously doing in favor of what real coffee should taste like!

I have been here several times recently, and the food is always very good. There are usually several meats and sides to choose from as you order from the counter. The pork loin is particularly good! The staff is friendly and helpful in this casual dining establishment.
The only reason it is not 5 star to me, is value. There are many options around, and the prices for lunch here I find a little high. I would probably consider coming more often it were less expensive.

My family and I eat at Armando's at least once a month (almost always on a Sunday afternoon after church) and we are always very satisfied with the food, the choices, the service, and the atmosphere. Prices are reasonable. The bathrooms are small and need to be better served and even renovated. My kids like the fish aquarium (nice touch). we will continue to eat here and enjoy the food here (especially the calzones and pizza) -> we have ate here multiple times

This is my family's unquestionable go to for Chinese food. We usually get the orange chicken and lo mein and we have never been disappointed! The food is always delicious, quickly prepared and well packaged. There are a few tables inside, but this place was definitely built for take out business. The people who run it are quick, organized and friendly. Just a note, this is also about the only place in town open on Christmas day. We will be loyal customers hopefully for a good long time!

I was absolutely stoked that Culver's was right off Interstate 20 and minutes from Augusta. I go to Augusta ever so often so this was a nice surprise.
This location is up to the Culver's standard. Kiera is so sweet and did a wonderful job. The employees checked on guests constantly and offered to take our trash, etc. And of course the food is AMAZING as always.
I brought one of my childhood friends to this place and she loved it. Score!
I hope that the chain will continue to bring their business to Georgia, particularly in the south!! Just start in Douglas, because I live there Again, thanks for the wonderful experience!

Went to the place at lunch with co-workers because we had heard this is authentic Mexican food. I ordered pork Carnitas, but was disappointed by the lack of flavor. The tortilla also didn't taste fresh. Salsa was OK, but not memorable.
The food took a long time to be delivered.
Consensus of the group was so-so, and as big negative on the service time.
Maybe we caught them on a bad day, but there is a lot of solid competition in the area for Mexican food.
