My cousin took us to this pizza joint and we loved it! The best gluten free crusted pizza I've ever had!!! So yummy! Lots of deli sandwiches, grill foods, much to choose from! Had great wait staff, service and full tummy's when we left!

After a long hot day of errands and chores, my husband and I thought Village Wines sounded like a nice evening. We were not disappointed! We started off with the calamari which was perfectly cooked with a delicious dipping sauce that was sweet but had a nice kick. Our server Tyler was great to recommend a speciality drink - the house Mai Tai (which was excellent - I had 2!) thanks Tyler! He also recommended the center cut filet for my husband and the crab cakes for me. I was teetering between the chipotle shrimp and the crab cakes, so I went with the crab cakes. The crab cakes were delicious - served with asparagus - and were a very nice light dinner on a warm evening. My husband's filet was cooked to his request and he was very pleased with it! I talked myself out of the s'mores dessert cup (I looked delicious though!). Thanks for a great dining experience!

Visited this morning for my standard pineapple orange smoothie. Went inside to order and employees were friendly and engaging customers in conversation as well as bantering with each other while quickly assembling orders. Nice to see a place with a fun staff that are attentive and enjoying work or making work enjoyable!

Upon arriving no one spoke and said hello, welcome to ColdStone or anything. I proceeded to the selections and ordered our ice cream we had 2 supermans and a strawberry blonde. They were skimpy with the ingredients. The customer service was terrible no eye contact one of the employees was bossing the other one around. Dirty tables in the lobby.

Thought we would try a non chain. Friday night. They were busy with just two young girls waiting tables. Clearly the locals love this place. The seat of my booth was broken. Which was annoying. When your seating is limited you should fix the seats you have. Service was friendly but slow. We ordered wings. Pizza. And a Philly. We were rather disappointed in all of it. Everything was just. Eh. Edible. But not mind blowing. The Philly had potential but the bun to meat ratio was off. Overall I might try them again but we will explore other options 1st.

This was an expected find in Canal Winchester. Brew Dog is a brewery, that also happens to include a restaurant. Beers are awesome. Food is very good. They have some pinball and video game machines for the kids (of all ages). You can even take...MoreHi Ilbuckeye, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us at DogTap Columbus. We're happy we could meet your expectations!

My husband and I stop in Shade’s fairly often for lunch. Today’s visit was another great experience! The loaded chips were “loaded”with plenty of cheese sauce, bacon, green onions and diced tomatoes. My husband’s BLT was loaded with bacon - he gets these pretty often. My Philly steak sandwich was so huge, I ate it the a fork and knife! Everything was delicious and our server Lauren was very attentive to the speed at which my husband was drinking his Diet Coke. This is a local establishment that is run with care - it is always busy and the service is always great!

I looked the restaurant up as we were visiting the local Metropark, 3 Creeks park, also a great place to visit. Since it was about dinner time when we left we thought we would eat locally in the area. This was the only restaurant that really seemed to have any good reviews. They were all correct!! The food is fabulous and filling. Fresh nicely prepared, much more than your typical Mexican restaurant would put on your plate. The steak taco actually had real steak in it, so full I could barely get my mouth around it. All three of us loved our dinner. Don't be fooled by the unassuming exterior. It's Tex Mex colorful inside with great service too. I want to try some of the great looking seafood dishes next. Just wished they were closer to home.

I have been to this restaurant twice in approximately one year.
Highlights:
Menu is refreshingly unique.
Food is very good quality. We had smoothies, beef burger and mac and cheese (unique and excellent), southwest wrap, salad and dessert. Everything was excellent.
Service is attentive. I actually felt sorry for the server who had to deal with the food coming out very slowly and had to break the news to us that they were out of multiple items. Not her fault, of course. See more on that below.
Location in downtown Canal Winchester is a plus because there are little shops to visit before or while you wait for a table.
Some things they could work on:
For a Saturday lunch, I would not expect a restaurant to be out of multiple things.
Being out of one item is understandable but they were out of soup (if homemade, okay, but still...), one of desserts (salted caramel cake) and FRENCH FRIES. The server mentioned that the french fry order had not arrived. This restaurant either has a bad supplier or they lack some basic organizational planning in not ordering soon or often enough.
Also, it took a very long time to get our food. I don't necessarily want to feel rushed and know that good quality food may take a bit longer but a late afternoon lunch should not take 90 minutes.
I hope this constructive criticism is considered by the restaurant. Some of these same issues were present in my previous visit but were actually worse this time. I would like to return to this restaurant but am hesitant to bring friends until the issues are addressed. The food here is excellent but you need MORE than good food to get return customers.

The food is good but what seemed like 50% celery, when did this become a chinese vegetable.... and what happened to snow peas, bamboo shoots, water-chestnuts, bok choy .... my meal had an awful lot of celery..... its not that is was bad but not what I go to order chinese for I want fresh asian vegetables in my chinese food.... (and hold the baby corn.... ) It is good average food, there was nothing bad about it just not what I look for in great asian food.
