Unwind in a quiet golf course community close to everything yet far enough away to relax and enjoy the forest. Minutes away are many restaurants, Blue Mountain Village, ski hills, golf courses, Georgian bay beaches, fishing, hiking, biking, wineries and craft breweries, art galleries, horse back riding, tubing on the Beaver River WOW are you tired yet ? come home to sip a glass of wine & relax in the hot tub , sauna or float in our salt water pool. Cool evenings sit by the fire pit and enjoy the view of Blue Mountain from our home nestled in its own little forest.
The host Laura was super personable and made an exceptional breakfast. Hot tub, sauna & pool area are beautiful!! Loved the location, super close to the Scandinave Spa & Blue Mountain village for dinner.

Heathcote Haven Bed & Breakfast has been called by guests "A Hidden Jewel" "An amazing retreat from the city!" It's an incredibly quiet setting with vistas that are stunning. We have 2 lovely suites that are are private. Each has TV,DVD,Bar Fridge,AC,WIFI. Some of our guests like to spend time in their suite, & others like to gather around the island in the kitchen to chat about their day & discoveries.
I recently stayed at Heathcote Haven with friends and used it as a home base as we tackled three portions of the Sydenham section of the Bruce Trail. I stayed in the spacious Valleyview Suite with a comfortable king bed, soaker tub and separate shower, mini fridge and large screen tv. Our rooms were located on the second floor of the home which provided us with privacy. Not that we wouldn't have enjoyed sharing our stories with Jocelyn who, in my opinion, is the perfect host. So friendly and accommodating but also left us to enjoy our time on our own. The rooms are very clean and the breakfasts were hearty. Thornbury is a short drive away which provided us with dinner on the two nights. I would highly recommend Heathcote Haven to Bruce Trail hikers or for anyone looking for a comfortable B&B, hosted by a most warm and welcoming (with a great sense of humor) host.

We also offer five two-bedroom cottages located just north of our Clubhouse. More than 1 mile of Georgian Bay shoreline.
Fantastic experience at Cobble beach. Great accommodations, food and beverage, and customer service. Very fun, challenging, well maintained course. Only complaint was that we didn't have enough time to explore the whole property. Can't wait for our next stay!

Your "Home away from Home"! We offer comfortable beds and delicious home-style food. Relax in the many sitting areas, have a strong swim in the Endless Pool, or kick back in the hot tub or infrared sauna. You may also want to choose from the many health services including laser to quit smoking, an ion foot detox, or products that will erase those nagging symptoms. We offer these services a-la-cart or as all inclusive retreat packages.
The house and rooms make you feel like visiting Mom's house.Rooms, are clean, welcoming and the bed sooo comfortable.. Mom and her daughter. who lives next door are very nice and friendly and very accommodating. The food served was very good and atmosphere is relaxing. Close to downtown so you are within walking distance to little small town stores and the Casino and race track. You are an hour or 1.5 hours from many attractions in either direction to many other attractions up in cottage country. We are already planning a trip up that way and we will stay with Mom again.

We stayed at Danby House last August and it was a wonderful experience. The home is beautiful and well-appointed - our room was lovely! I was especially delighted with the comfortable bed with luxurious linens and the super-clean and pretty bathroom. We felt very welcomed by the Hostess despite the Covid restrictions and would definitely stay at Danby House again!

Older hotel that could use a refresh. Room was reasonably clean but had a musty smell. Slow check-in, average service. Good location with nearby restaurants and river trails in easy walking distance. No major issue during our two-night stay.

18 room motel; each room comes with refrigerator/coffee maker/microwave/air conditioning/satellite TV/free parking. Daily, weekly & contractor rates available. Winter and holiday special packages available.
We stayed one night there, transiting to Bruce peninsula. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids (41/2 y-o and 17 month-old). The room was kind of clean, but partially damaged. The parking lot was dirty (dog poo, emptied ashtrays, garbage... ). On top of that, there was an irreverent sign on the back on the door of our room, painted with a tone of tone paint. I will never stay here again.
