Most of the reviews have got it spot on. This is one of the best in the area with a fantastic and different menu, some really tasty meals not seen elsewhere. Best to book but worth it.Everything about the place is good.

We visited numerous times, for our evening meal and during the day when visiting the beach. It has wonderful views, a very relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff.Greek night was very busy, you can book a table, but we managed to get a table in the balcony overlooking the dancing.Definitely worth a visit.

A pleasant walk along the riverside in Alykes brings you to this lovely fish restaurant, which serves lots of other dishes too. Very busy the night we visited, we got the last table so would suggest booking. Friendly and pleasant staff, good service. Background music was lovely, taped guitar music playing a variety of well known songs. The food was lovely, and reasonably priced. We will certainly visit again

As you are coming from the main road of tsilivi-alykes you have to turn left on the crossroad in the oposite site of super market Mary, then you just follow the road up the hill and after 500 metres you have reached your destination.
I loved it. Such a beautiful setting and staff were really helpful. A really good menu choice and very reasonable. We had a starter (pork ribbons for him and spicy garlic mushrooms for me) and then he had lamb kleftiko and I had moussaka and we shared some of their home made chips. It was delicious and there was so much of it we couldn't eat it all. Such a shame but will definitely be returning next year.We have been to Tragaki twice and last time we were stupid enough not to visit this restaurant. This time we visited the restaurant for the first time and regret we didn't go last year. And not only that we went on our last day this year so only had opportunity to go the once. If you visit I am sure you will enjoy it.Dear Sonja, thank you for taking the valuable time to write a review about restaurunt and we are pleased that you decided to come and visit. thank you for all your kind words and we hope to see you again in the nearest future. All the best from the restaurunt staff

We stumbled across this fish restaurant by accident whilst looking for another fish taverna, we were so happy we did! This is just the sort of dinning experience we like when abroad, no frills, no flashy menus, no inflated prices, no fancy attire, just fantastic local food at sensible prices. The restaurant doesnât look much from outside but Its location is a few feet from the shoreline, perfect. We arrived around 7pm and was able to select our table, by 8:15pm most tables were taken. The main lady waitress/owner asked us if we would like to see the fresh fish of the day, we were taken into the kitchen and shown a variety of fish and shellfish! She showed us the fish, weighed it and priced it for us, we chose a huge red mullet and 6 huge prawns. We were also welcomed by âMamaâ who was grilling the fish on hot coals! The menu had a selection of assorted Greek cuisine, we ordered salads, fries, green beans, mixed breads, fish, prawns and pork. Dishes randomly came to our table which kept with the restaurants no frills dinning attitude. There is no dessert offerings here, although there is an ice cream fridge at the side of the restaurant. The food was brilliant, good value and the setting was stunning, you would be foolish to not take advantage of the fresh fish here, this is what I would call a real traditional Greek taverna. My only gripe would be with the young grumpy waiter who couldnât even crack a smile when serving us.

We are a brand new restaurant in Alykanas, with Claire as the chef, worked in old Alykanas for 7 years on and off, claire has finally finished her new place with her greek husband and family. We have a great little menu, using local ingredients and some i
We visited Greek Acropolis a number of times this year, and had fantastic food there every time. I tried the fillet steak a few days ago, and it was to die for. Cooked to perfection and served with a beautiful peppercorn sauce. Easily the best steak Iâve ever eaten (this claim has also been corroborated by my teenage son and 2 of my friends who had the FS on the same evening!). Iâm also a big fan of Claireâs pastitsio. The only problem is deciding which dish Iâm going to have first next year...
