I went here twice while in Poznan, the first time intentionally and the second by recommendation without realizing it was a restaurant we had already been to. The outside is a beautiful old world style and the inside has beautiful whitewashed wooden beams and a relaxed atmosphere. The coffee was good, the perogies were delicious, and they make a wonderful breakfast too. Worth a stop.

We have visited this place based on TripAdvisorâs reviews and I can definitely say it was one of the amazing evening we spent in Poznan. Elizabeth, the owner, is such s warm and wonderful host!!! The food is exceptional! Very much home taste. Was feeling like I am visiting my mom home for a dinner:) although they are serving traditional food, it still feels quite sophisticated and I think they can charge more - itâs very very cheap for the quality of food they serve. Also I would like to emphasize the decor of this place - modern, clean and very much welcoming. Thank you, Ella, for such an amazing dinner and your company!

We refer to the national Polish cuisine of the nobility, the bourgeois cuisine, and to the rustic cuisine, all of which, as part of their tradition, borrowed much from the dishes of Europe and the dishes of the Orient. We revive the Polish cuisine, while

Itâs Thursday night, we look up the place and itâs open till 10pm. We drive for 15min and arrived at 9:05 and they tell us itâs closed because itâs a slow night. WHAT???? I am sorry, but you donât get to close when you want, especially such a big restaurant.Dear Bintheredondat,We are very sorry, but there must have been a misunderstanding. Closing the restaurant was justified and communicated through all of our channels: the website, Instagram, Facebook, directly on the restaurant's door. We had planned an earlier closing of the restaurant's kitchen on this day due to the "Chefs For Change" dinner organised together with "RoÅlinniejemy" and the necessity of using the restaurant's kitchen by Chefs invited by us. We are very sorry that this situation has happened to you. Unfortunately, the Google and Tripadvisor tools don't allow for a one-time change of business hours of a restaurant. Each time in such situations (and they don't happen more often than several times a year) we take all possible steps to inform our guests about it. We feel fully justified by the reason for the earlier closing of the restaurant and surprised by the above opinion, especially because you have received information in the restaurant and we have recommended you other restaurants open at that time. It's possible that you haven't received an exhaustive explanation. I hope that the above-mentioned reasons are enough to change the opinion posted above. If you require an additional comment, please contact us at the email address: [email protected] Regards

First time, 4 stars to be confirmed after second visit to come.Place looks fine, has green outside seating. Friendly and helpful staff. You order at the bar.The menu is divers with a mix of polish and Asian influences. We had the tapioka, which was really a great dessert. Well balanced, full flavor. Perfect. Also the saigonki or loempia were good, simple but tasty, like the sauces.ChÅodnik we had, this is polish beetroot soup (cold). It was flavorful, but my companion thought it was spicy, however I think it's due the sourness of the dish. All in all a place to revisit!

Freshness is a matter of time. Hours, days, never weeks. It is a principle that stands behind each of our meal. Therefore, in slon it is possible to smell, to see, even to touch that freshness. It determines dishes appearing on the plate. Everything you o
Elephant restaurant offers expensive seafood kitchen. Prices are the only thing that one can rate as high. Most of the dishes are doubtable as for freshness and quality. Obtaining Good taste and dish composition is impossible in this kitchen. One of the worst seafood soup I have ever tried. The wine list offers positions that schould be removed from the menu long time ago, all highly priced. One cannot find anything drinkable at resonable price in the wine list. As some people living next door commented in humorous way: "this restaurant has pretty fresh oysters. Only one person died this year"

Cuisine in Delicja is a combination of traditional Polish taste with Mediterranean cuisine accents. Fresh ingredients are selected with great care in order to ensure composition harmony. A large choice of wine and their proper selection will allow you to
My appetizer was exceptional! Carpaccio of sea trout (from the Norwegian fjords), marinated in beetroot, and served on a chilled plate with raspberries, pomegranate seeds, tiny cubes of beetroot and Cipriani sauce. The flavours and textures were distinct and very satisfying. Teamed with a glass of Crémant de Limoux âPassionâ AC sparkling wine from Bernard Delmas, and accompanied by a prelude of attentive table service and flexibility with the wine list, it set a very high standard. Unfortunately the rest of the meal did not reach the same level of flair, delicacy, visual impact or variety of textures. I will likely remember the trout for a long time, but not the other 3 dishes I tried.

Pulled pork is not typical food for Poland. Which was primarily why I was so blown away by the amazing pulled pork here. It greatly exceeds the average pulled pork in America and would rate it one of the best. The only downside was the mediocre service which is typical in Poland.
