Easily one of the finest restaurants in the Coachella Valley. French influence carries throughout the menu, decor and serving staff. My wife and I had breakfast at Pom during a recent stay over at the Fantasy Springs Casino in Indio California. This restaurant is clean and airy with plenty of windows looking out at the resorts pool and tall ceilings. They also have a full service, horseshoe-shaped bar. Our breakfast was delicious and served quickly. I can recommend the corned beef hash and eggs. The staff are friendly and attentive. During our next visit to Fantasy Springs, we will definitely have to check out the lunch or dinner offerings.

This isn't in a "normal" spot, squeezed in amongst warehouse sized neighbors, but it is interesting tapas style food, without being amazing or must go again. Small restaurant with all glass front that sadly was ruined a couple of times with cars parking and leaving highlights blazing into the restaurant, a couple of times. Service was pleasant and the prices were fair. Like I said its ok, its good in fact, but it's just not all that memorable or romantic or quaint. Its small, packed and lacking a vibe or ambiance of any note
