21 of us came in from Vancouver and I had arranged reservations for a private dinner.I dealt with Cheryl who was great and responsive to emails and special requests. The area she had reserved for us was a separate patio and it was an amazing setting. Our server, JD, was great dealing with all of us and service was great.I had arranged for an appetizer station and off the appies were delicious. Everyone had a choice of 3 entrees and they were all great. This is a definite must go to again!Dear 472lucya, Thank you very much for your kind comments about your recent dinner at the Jackalope Ranch. Jose is always happy to hear compliments about his service as is Cher for her follow up. We look forward to hosting you again real soon. Sincerely yoursHeinz

Tried one of the lunch special box lunches. Meal started with miso soup (not really Korean, but alright), box lunch had very small portion of kimchee, some lettuce, rice and a few pieces of meat. Maybe ordering a more complete meal would have given more variety of the common Korean side dishes.

Stopped in for lunch. Nice variety on the menu. The Caesar salad is great, and was asked if we needed more dressing. It was fresh, cold and delicious. My turkey club was huge. Fresh turkey breast was used, not sliced meat. It was hand cut and moist. I liked the wheat bread...not overly thick. Barbecue pulled pork delicious. Cheesecake and key lime pie both good but the key lime was the best...homemade. Our only issue was the very slow service, and they werenât busy. Both girls very nice, but wish the service was faster. Go and enjoy!
First time here but definitely won't be the last. Shar was our server and she made our visit special. She was friendly, efficient, and an asset to the restaurant. It was fun to cook your own meats and we left full and happy. The owner was warm and welcoming. There was an excellent variety of meats from which to choose. This is a hidden gem in the desert.
