The idea of Villagio comes from a marriage between time and place; the old neighborhoods of New York City and the abundant plains of California. What California brings to the table figuratively and literally, is its abundance of fresh produce, fresh start
Ate here in June with former colleague. Heard rave reviews about the place from the Marriott 'concierge' and since it was close to the hotel. little risk was involved. Ordered the large New Yorker. Year ago, large meant large; now large is medium, medium is small. Nonetheless the pizza tasted good but it was not served hot! Club soda was free, thank goodness. My friend wolfed down her half and I did mine, but we left a little space for a cannoli, free for her birthday. I received the smaller portion of it (a blessing in disguise) - she doing the splitting - as the filling tasted like Elmer's glue. The pastry shell was soggy. But at least it was free and we devoured the whole thing. Bottom line: how can pizza, so cheap to make, so easy to make, bring such high prices? We won't be back given the numerous options but Villagio still merits an overall average grade.

We were surprised to find this quality of a restaurant in the corner of a business mall. Prices were higher than anticipated but the food (with one exception) was excellent. Service was prompt, efficient, and friendly. The star item on our dining experience was the Carpaccio di Bue, large enough for two to enjoy. The stinker was Prosciutto e Melone. The melon was so tough that it couldn't be cut with a table knife. The server did acknowledge this misstep and comped 50% of the cost of this appetizer. The entrees were delicious. We would return for another dinner and try the wood-fired pizza. Dinner for two was about $90.00

Went with friends Friday night. We waited 30 minutes for a table. Which wasn't bad considering it was the Memorial Day weekend. Unfortunately, it took our server 40 minutes before she even came by to take our drink order. In fact, she went to a table that was seated 20 min AFTER we were seated. I had to ask another server to have her come to the table to place our order. I can understand if the kitchen is overwhelmed, but our server was AWFUL. She didn't come by to check on us until we were finished eating.

Good homestyle Italian food. Relatively small portions on the "specials" menu...Choices for $10.95 and up. Large desert portions. Cheesecakes are made on site and delicious. Service is outstanding !!!!! Indoor and outdoor seating. Largest glass of wine in Coachella Valley...$3 during Happy Hour

This is our second time eating at this location. We actually had it delivered this time through Postmates. The order was absolutely perfect even though we had a lot of specialty add-ons and substitutions. The prices are absolutely excellent for what you get. We also tried their brownies this time and they tasted like homemade.

They really have different pizzas, and also you can go as traditional as well. The service was good, the food was good. They have renovated since I was there last, and it now has a nice ambiance.

One of the things that the La Quinta restaurant offers is a priciutto (I apologize for my spelling) flatbread that is outstanding. It has generous cheese and meat and is delightful. In Palm Desert, something is lost in the translation. Very little cheese. Very little meat. When I suffer the crowds at Stuft Pizza, I expect the food to be good. I'm staying with the La Quinta restaurant.

Weâve eaten at PS Bills three times and had five circle experiences...... not here! Lacks personality, waiters were overstretched and inattentive and slow. Pizza also not quite as good as PS. The place isnât as clean, too. I will not be returning to this location.
