In the Harrison family since 1898, a multi award winning restaurant and bar
Not surprising that this place receives awards for its ambience , lovely coal fire and homely surroundings . A slight disappointment though , arriving in after a trot around mullaghmore and having a good appetite , the portions were small. Ordering the chicken an chorizo pie with a small portion of chips , it looked ok but sadly I think the chorizo was absent and at something like 16euro , a bit over the top . My wife had a burger and likewise a little on the small size and nothing exciting. With the emergence of the small plate the prices are not reflecting the downsizing of mains .

A visit to the Northwest is not complete without stopping off at Award-Winning Langs Gastro Pub in Grange, County Sligo. This family run establishment began serving food 8 years ago. Since then, the combination of quality home cooked food & our friendly & welcoming atmosphere in relaxed surroundings continues to attract tourist & locals alike. Because of its popularity, the area was extended recently with extensive dining area, though newly built, blending seamlessly with the old. Langs Bar & Restaurant is in one of the most picturesque locations in Ireland with the majestic Benbulben mountain on one side & the rugged beauty of the Atlantic coast at Streedagh Beach on the other. It's only 15 miles from Sligo - the shopping capital of the Northwest & is also only 10 miles from the fun of Bundoran. It serves as a gateway to Donegal & Northern Ireland.
Phoned as we were leaving Sligo.Got table booked 15 mins in advance of arrival. Very helpful staff. Fast service and reasonably priced.

We visited here on a Monday afternoon and were welcomed and entertained by a friendly bar man. He talked to us about the history of the area and we had great conversation. The decor was great and full of history. Unfortunately the kitchen is currently closed and they’re unlikely to be serving food again until April due to a few set backs. There were only 2 other people in the bar at the time as it was out of season. I think this place would be great at a busier time of the year and when the kitchen has reopened!

Laura's of Carney is a quaint old style pub which has recently been extended to include a beautiful and modern authentic Italian restaurant giving a wonderful sense of old meets new under one roof.Laura's carefully strikes a balance between family friendly while still being perfect for a candle lit romantic meal for two.We are offering reasonably priced, yet high quality food from the tapas in the bar and evening A la Carte menu.
Had a family dinner here over the weekend, as recommended by a girl working in the SuperValu in Grange.
The food did not disappoint, was absolutely gorgeous and really reasonable. 6 of us ate with Deserts and wine included it was €125. Staff are really friendly. Its nice and casual so even if you've just been out walking you can dine without being all dressed up.
My recommendation for owners - maybe dim the lights, have some candles lit and a bit of background Italian music. This would have reallllly added to our experience. We just felt like we could hear everyones conversations, and the room is a little cafeteria-like.
But the main thing, food, wine and service was top notch.
Definitely Recommend.

Great authentic gelato made on the premises served with a story and a smile by the man from Florence himself.
All flavours served in various sizes of cup or cone are top notch.

This cafe is so lovely I usually drive out from Sligo town to it ......no parking problems....
It’s decor is quirky but the most outstanding feature is the lovely atmosphere with gorgeous food served with such friendliness .... I have been served on occasions by different staff but all with have the same atttutude of excellent service with a warm welcome......Coffee is great too. Free WI Fi and a roaring fire on a bitterly cold day..... I just love this place.

Eithna's By the Sea award-winning Seafood Restaurant, along The Wild Atlantic Way, overlooks the harbour in Mullaghmore, County Sligo. It is a friendly, family-run restaurant that caters for casual dining with homemade recipes using locally sourced food and sustainable produce. Established for over 16 years, Eithna's By The Sea Seafood Restaurant in Mullaghmore won the Georgina Campbell Ireland Guide and BIM 2014 award for its fresh seafood, shellfish and lobster dishes as well as Eithna's use of seaweed in both savoury and sweet dishes. Even though Eithna's speciality is seafood, she has plenty of other options for non fish eaters from meat to vegetarian dishes.
Visited for lunch with family. Good choice of seafood. We had the taster platter with lovely mussels in a garlic sauce. It came with smoked salmon, crab claws, white fish steak, and Crevettes which were overlooked. Lovely seaweed bread accompanied the meal with a small bowl of bisque type chowder. Very tasty! Unfortunately there were no hand drying facilities in the upstairs toilet which required some updating. Friendly staff made this an enjoyable eating experience.

Stopped here on our journey not expecting too much but was very pleasantly surprised.
Firstly, the staff were very nice, helpful and friendly.
They have a very tasty homemade burger and chips that's finely portioned.
Decor needs a bit of work but that's about it.
A great stopping point.

Deli and Takeaway instore. Customers can sit in the Seating and eating area or just 'takeaway'. An extensive range of hot and cold foods available freshly made all day from 6:30am to 10:30pm. Although we are a filling station and convenience store, our food offerings are at the back of the shop. An Aladdin's cave awaits !!!
Garlow Takeway which is located at the Topaz Filling Station on the Sligo side of Grange village Co Sligo. The takeway also has an internal Seating area and there is also an off-licence facility. There is limited parking for cars and also a space for bus parking. The off-licence closes at 10.30 pm. You can get nice food to eat on the premises or to take away. The do tasty sandwiches and baps at lunchtime. It's nicely laid out and easy to find.
