We are not familiar with Algerian food ands only ate here because everywhere was fully booked on a busy Saturday night. We ordered the couscous royal for 3 persons and a bottle of Algerian wine, which was quite drinkable. The food was well cooked and tasty but did not arrive all at once, maybe that is how this cuisine is served? The service was slow and inattentive but not a complete disaster. However, probably would go here again.

Our Chef Ali (Helias) creates traditional menus using seasonal products. Drawing inspiration from Lebanon, all our dishes are made from the purest of traditions.
My family and I, were visiting Metz on a stopover whilst travelling to the South of France. We were pleasantly surprised to discover the Lebanese restaurant, a little off one the main streets in the centre. It was the first that my family had tried Lebanese cuisine, so we weren't quite sure what to expect. The first impression on entering the restaurant was that we were stepping into the orient, we were charmed by the original decoration and welcoming atmosphere. The service was friendly. The waitress help us choose some specialities; can't quite remember the names of the dishes we tried, but I had impression everything was freshly cooked and tasted delicious. One of the starters âFattoucheâ, was so mouth-watering, that we asked for a takeaway portion for the road. I will be certainly visiting this restaurant next time we're in Metz.

We passed the restaurant on route to the Thai. My husband is a curry officinado, so we gave it a try. What an excellent detour....The food was amazing, my husband asked for his curry very hot and this delivered as requested. The portions are ideal in size and you can enjoy a starter without ruining your main dish. When we visit Metz again we shall most definitely be visiting. The staff are very friendly and not pushy they will advise you on curry types if you require. Overall a wonderful experience, the best curry we have had on our many overseas trips.

We visited eastern France during the June 2019 European heatwave (high temperature today was 103 F). Miserable! We wanted to find a place near the cathedral for lunch, but all the places that our maps recommended were either expensive, fussy places or places without air conditioning. We were about to throw in the towel and get a salad at a non-air-conditioned pizzeria, THEN we saw Au Coeur du Liban down a quiet side street. What an oasis! The food was excellent, the ambiance and service were outstanding.

We are open from 25/11/2017 and we are proposing indienne gastronomique foods
There was a little misuunderstanding regarding the opening hours. We were there at 6 PM but were then told the restaurant would not open before 7 PM. So we came back at 7.Very warm welcome by the owner. Fresh ingredients composed to a heavenly meal.We had mixed hors d'oeuvre, naan bread, butter chicken and some curry dish (I forgot the name) All was absolutely fresh from the kitchen. We enjoyed it very much. The best came at the end. We had the mixed desert. Nothing of those I had ever seen or tasted before, but each was delicious.Thank you for a wonderful evening!
