Our host had recommended this restaurant for it's good food and friendly service. We arrived about 7pm and it was less than half full, but they seemed unable to seat us without a reservation. We down the street and had dinner at the only Japanese restaurant we ate at during our time in France. On our way back at 9pm, L'Etal was less than one third full, so there wasn't a late night rush that prevented us being seated. Perhaps they just don't like Americans?Bonsoir,Tout d'abord, merci d'avoir voulu venir découvrir notre restaurant. Malheureusement, si nous n'avons pu vous recevoir, cela n'a rien à voir avec votre nationalité!Nous étions simplement complet pour la soirée même si aux heures où vous avez pu voir la salle celle ci n'était pas "pleine"...Axelle

Great place, with a very good menu (starters, meat, fish). Acceptable price range for the type of place. We had a great burger and clams (in French - moules)...really delicious !Choose a table outside, but keep a look in the rooms inside...great decoration.

For a hungry couple of guys after visiting the WW1 battlefields this is a great place, big burgers with a lot of choice for flavors of burgers. Homemade fries, no complaints here.We were lucky with the great weather so we could eat outside.
Pizzeria , burger, snacking
Pour changer des restaurants, on peut manger trés bien et rapide. On a le choix entre sandwich ou pizza. On peut même manger dans un ancien bus. On peut faire aussi du karting mais on a pas essayé

We'd not been able to find a suitable lunch spot on our way to Verdun, so arrived after 2.30pm. Decided to try here and the Cajun chicken salad was tender and tasty. Amelie, a trainee, was gorgeous. If we ever have a similar situation again, would go to one of these places.
