My one roll had scarcely any salmon. I ate a couple pieces before summoning my nice waiter. After 10 minutes and my family done their meals, I finish the remaining pieces. When we were done our meal, I reminded him of the issue. Five minutes later, he handed me the bill without saying a word. I was surprised then to see no price-adjustment of any kind. I questioned that, and he offered to bring over the manager, which I accepted.A male manager (M) politely shook my hand and I recounted for him what had transpired. Nearly everyone in business will tell you that it is easier to keep a customer than find a new one. And nearly any manager worth his/her salt will sacrifice a little something to make a customer feel appreciated. He did not, and in fact, thought the best approach to responding to a customer who just spent $200 USD for four people was to rattle off a list of excuses and assign blame to the customer. I was just struct by how someone paid to make customers feel good and to resolve issues turned out to be more disappointing in his handling than the original issue. A managerial trainee would have offered to pick up a drink, a dessert or a cup of coffee...something, M was more interested in being "right" than in righting a disappointing customer experience. With two more weeks on the island with many friends, a simple gesture would have brought us back at least two or three more times. Passing up on $500-$1000 in receipts for a $5-$10 gesture is simply bad business.

My wife, adult son and I had a wonderful meal at Paradise Seaside Grill. Samantha was our server and she was very attentive. The seafood was wonderful. We had fresh tuna and fresh snapper . So fresh and prepared perfectly. I recommend checking out this place which was recommended to us by some local folks who go there for special occasions. I would go back without hesitation. The tarpon come in close to the dock and can be seen easily.

Great seafood and waterfront location for over 50 year's. But also serving award winning steaks and Sunday Brunch
We ordered the âaward winningâ lobster bisque and were really disappointed. The problem is finding a place that has the perfect lobster bisque the coming to places likes this will just disappoint. There werent any lobsters on the bisque and it was just too salty. If you want excellent lobster bisque, come here to Naples FL and visit @DOUGS seafood. Its a shack but you will have the best lobster bisque in your life. Ive travelled to so many places and Dougs bisque is no comparisonBack to lobster pot, i ordered the pasta, it was ok and my husband thought his grilled lobster tail was just ok too. Id come here for the view and ambiance but not for the food.

This restaurant was recommended by a local and it did not disappoint. Great place to watch the sunset. Food was excellent and the service by Jess was outstanding! She even put a second beer on ice in a nearby ice chest so that it was ready when my husband wanted it-he thought that this was great! Jess, thanks for a wonderful evening. We look forward to our next visit!

Indisputably, Grand Cayman's premier restaurant. Blue by Eric Ripert is where both guests and Caymanians come to be beguiled by true epicurean artistry Seafood menus inspired by the bounty of Cayman's fishermen Featuring locally-caught and responsibly-fis
We visited Blue for the 4th time last month (June 2019). This is one of our must-stops when on the island. It's truly one of the most extraordinary dining experiences in the Caribbean if not THE very best. The dishes are inventive and elegant, the service is perfect - it's the most brilliantly choreographed dance to ensure you want for nothing and are impeccably attended to without being overbearing. I found the tasting menu to be well evolved still including signature dishes like the tuna foie gras and the scallops with smoked butter but also featuring new additions like the dorade with shiitake broth. The wine pairings were creative and unique and we could not have had a more amazing time. It's worth the extravagance and expense.

Great food and excellent service! We are here one evening and loved it so much that we came back a second time for our final day in Grand Cayman. The gnocci and pasta dishes are delicious. They have a nice outdoor balcony that overlooks the water. The waiters are very attentive and friendly. They use pasta straws instead of plastic for their drinks which we liked as well! Highly recommend!

Emphasis on seafood as they catch their own. You can make your own charcuterie from a nice selection.

This place has bona fide Italian character. Wait staff are tops ... attentive and alway smiling. The young maitre d' has a swagger, confident that his kitchen will deliver the best. For quick lunch I had the avocado salad and salmon piccata. Just perfect. The lemon sauce with the fish was spot on. Almost like being in Italy.

Cayman's favorite beach restaurant - worth going further for! Part thatched tiki bar, part European beach chic, part breezy Californian cool, and a generous dose of Caribbean nauticalia â youâre in for an aesthetic treat at this Cayman beachfront restaura
We caught the water taxi from Camina Bay and rather than heading straight for the restaurant we walked round to Starfish Point. On our way back we stopped at the restaurant for some soft drinks and a chance to chat to Fabio who having worked in Scotland had a very English sense of humour! Lovely Italian guy.The view of the beach as we waited for the taxi was very tranquil and if we come back we would stop and eat here as it was so beautiful.
