We recently stayed at Casa Consulado and Te con Te is the restraunt fronting the hotel. They had a lovely breakfast menu (which was included with the hotel room). We we happy with every breakfast we had.In the evening, it was a great place to grab a cocktail then mosey to the back of the hotel as the setting is so beautiful.
Located On The Main Strip,la Clazada
The Centralito is the most authentic Nicaraguan Bar on the entire Calzada. The food is typical of Nicaragua with Carne Asada, and Churrasco plates the norm. The place is a little run down and dingy and the mens bathrooms have much to be desired, but they are very child friendly and even have their own playground in the center of the building. This is one of the only places on the Calzada that has mostly Nica customers, so if you want to immerse yourself with the locals, this is the place. The head waiters name is Vladimir and he is very friendly and humorous when you get to know him. His service is top notch and I encourage you to tip him and the others as they do an excellent job.

Nothing really stands out in the Caimito street, full of bars and restaurants trying to capture the tourists eye.We ate here as it had a few more people that the rest, and the food portions looked quite nice from the people eating there. We ordered some beer and a few items to try from the menu, after a long wait ....and an even longer wait once we had ordered, however the waiter did come out and tell us 5 more mins....which wasnt great. The food was as expected since the long wait, cold, tasteless and unappetizing. However the waiter did apologize for the wait blaming it on the chef and lack of employees.RecommendationGo somewhere else and enjoy the food over at Zens, or the garden.

This is really a great place to go for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just for a drink. Nice tropical relax atmosphere with a nice patio, good choice of food (excellent beef at a fantastic price), a menu that changes every day, very efficient and welcoming service, really this is a nice place to eat well at a good price and to relax. Even the location is perfect as it is down la Calzada street, just behind the Guadalupe church. A little away from the crowded restaurants and bars of the upper part of la Calzada street and a great place to catch the breeze coming from lake. Highly recommended!

This restaurant attracts people, both locals and tourists like to spend time here. Even in the afternoon there are customers while other restaurants are empty. Happy hour is 12 hrs! Pub food is okay. Service is fast if Super Mario is on duty. Americanos who live in Granada like to stay here but there are also hanging some unpleasant guys called "coyotes" who beg beer, food and money aggressively...
