One evening we changed to take our food here and paid balance as we had our food included in the main restaurant at the Hotel. This is a lovely restaurant we the best food we had during our visit. Visited Pomodoro situated on Jetty Road Dona Paula with friends. Superbe food in a quaint restaurant with beautifully designed interiors. Nice cocktails especially Fenitini. Sampled the Italian wines too. Liked the Pizza especially Pizza Salamino Picante. Pasta Carbonate and Tagliatelle Tricolor was delicious. Enjoyed the pork chops and Beef Saltim Boca. Loved the Tiramisu. Wonderful ambience and helpful servers. Highly recommended

We had dinner the first night we stayed and the food was not great. None of the food had any taste. Went there after seeing the amazing rating it had on TripAdvisor and it was an awesome decision! My favorite meal from my trip to Goa! Went there without a reservation (definitely advise making a prior reservation) - the place was packed so we were first given a table next to the kitchen door. However, we were very soon shifted to a much better location. The food was amazing! I'm usually not a fan of Gnocchi however on the waiters recommendation I had it and it was outstanding! A must try! Great service too!

On our first day we were all pretty tired, so wanted some quick refreshments and simple food in quick time. A bottle of Italian white went down like a treat and was reasonably priced. We all had pizza's all different and were great. Well worth visit, intact we ate there again at least two more times

Martins was highly recommended but unfortunately left us disappointed. The simplest of preparations were poorly done! The food was short of Palatable. We ordered King Fish as the Mains and it turned out to be under-cooked. Any good cook would never use the same heat or time for all King Fish. Clearly this was a large size fish and was served undercooked. The staff (Raju) was told repeatedly to bring non spicy FIsh curry with Goan rice or give an alternative if the curry would be spicy. He assured us repeatedly that the curry will not be spicy. We had overseas guests who are not used to Indian Spices and he turned in a curry with atleast five Green Chillies that we fished out. Further the rice was not Goan rice but steamed rice! When we gave the staff the feedback he did come back with the curry with less spice but by that time the meal was done and nobody wanted to eat any more of the poorly prepared food. I think the place tends to get really busy and this has made both the staff and the Kitchen complacent so the outcome is a lack of attention to preparation and a lack of attention to what is being ordered. I wouldn't recommend it or visit again! Unfortunate actually!Hello We are so sorry for this sad episode, appreciate your time to write this detailed feedback.
