Eish + Malh has become an established fixture of the culinary world of Downtown Cairo, offering new Italian cuisine using fresh local ingredients. Active in the local foodie and cultural scene, we bring more to the table than just food. We specialize in t
Yummy food.Pleasant staff.Good prices.Variety in menu. There was supposedly a live guitar player during dinner but he was very limited and took (too) long rests between his playing so we ended up hardly enjoying anything. The bathroom cleanliness is good but needs someone to pop in more often to check all is ok.

A little slice of Italy in the heart of Cairo, Bella lets you experience authentic Italian flavours in a chic, inviting setting with views overlooking the Nile and vibrant city of Cairo. The menu pulls together a selection of Italian classics along with s
I went there to celebrate my anniversary. The food is not special, the wine list is poor, the service is bad. The view of the Nile is amazing, but because Bella is inside a Four Seasons hotel, I expected much more. My concierge in Ritz Carlton told me to try other restaurant, but I insisted and by the end of the night was disapointed also because it is an old style restaurant with an old carpet and a lot of lights. Not romantic at all.
Overlooking the Nile, BarâOro brings the elegance of a classic cocktail bar to downtown Cairo. Signature cocktails are paired with Italian-inspired apertivos, or small bites, and a walk-humidor houses an impressive selection of Cuban cigars. The bar also
My husband and I turned up at the Ritz Carlton Hotel looking very hot and bothered, and very touristy. We had a really nice welcome and were treated as though we were dressed in our finest clothes. At the Bar'Oro, we were shown to a seat by the window and had a lovely view of the Nile. Excellent service and a thoroughly pleasant few hours. Would definitely recommendDear dunedintraveller,Thank you so much for taking the time to share your great experience with us. We're honored to know that The BarOro's view and service met your expectations. The food and wine here are fantastic. I ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and my associate ordered the buffalo cheese pizza. Both were amazing! Gianniniâs looks out to stunning Nile panoramas, while its interior boasts an upscale, contemporary spin on New York style. Enticing aromas, textures, and flavors command center stage in our chefâs vision of modern authentic Italian cuisine.
The food was amazing great service nice location this second time in Giannini and we are sure will be there again but we are waiting to eat Pizza because we believe on the chef regarding that as he created so many unusual items which is everytime surprised us by tasting and presentation for that we are sure he can create his own style Waiting your

Delicious creations and authentic recipes, perfected. Life is beautiful, taste it here!
O's is a small but very pleasant pasta restaurant. The middle-eastern influence is strong, but a Greek salad with a prawn, tomato and cream sauce was decent if a touch over-salted, although the menu's claims of a chilli kick were exaggerated. Friendly service, but the only toilet is in a restaurant across the road.Thank you very much! We've taken note of your remarks and communicated them to the kitchen.

Fairmont Nile City's latest Italian concept brings authentic Italian cuisine to the capital. The all-day dining restaurant starts its day with a lavish breakfast buffet before transforming into a stylish lunch and dinner spot. For a hip night out, enjoy c
We dined at the Italian restaurant the first night in Cairo, and the Saigon the last evening. Both are in the Cairo Fairmont Nile City. Both are disappointing and so I am reviewing them apart from the hotel which is quite wonderful.Like the Saigon restaurant, the Italian restaurant at Fairmont was very quiet. Perhaps price was a factor: when an average meal at ablocal eatery costs 10-13 Egyptian pounds, like the super-fun elbdet el prins , we paid 500 per person for mediocre and pretentious food.Like the Saigon restaurant review, I am giving this a thumb down because of the low quality and the high price. We two only ordered two primi (first course): a lemon pasta and a shrimp pizza. With two coffees and one tiramisu the total came to ~1000 E pounds. That would have been okay if the food was first rate. But it wasn't. The lemon pasta was a small portion and the so-called pizza was a 10-inch focaccia. I have never seen a restaurant serving focaccia AS pizza. Did the restaurant honestly think that people don't know the difference between focaccia, bruschetta and pizza?!There was one shrimp at the end of each of the six slices and a dollop of goat-cheese sort of thing at the other end. Neither a red (pizza rosso) nor white pizza (pizza bianco) was it. It was flavored bread with 6 shrimps and six dollops. No sauce. No olive oil that I could detect. The tiramisu was good but did not makeup the value of the dinner.Big thumbs down.Dear Valued Guest,We would like to thank you for taking the time to share your comments regarding your stay with us. We completely understand your frustration with regards to the unpleasant challenges that you have faced during your time at Fairmont Nile City and are very much disturbed that we did not successfully provide you with the level of hospitality service we constantly strive to achieve. Please rest assured that we take all of our guests' comments very seriously and constructively and will take all of the required steps to reduce any future inconvenience and sincerely hope for the opportunity to re-establish your confidence and trust in us.Thank you,Fairmont Nile City Team
