The owners are extremely helpful and prepared to help the customer effectively in a lot of ways, from the indications to reach beautiful touristic places, to support you if you are in real troubles: we experienced it because they were extremely eager to help us, having we suffered a traffic accident during our stay. Just one humble suggestion to the owners: to reintroduce the possibility to have the dinner in the Maso, because the distance from any restaurant nearby, cannot allow to eat and, in particular, to drink and then driving along the narrow roads of those hills. In any case a very good experience.

Reviewed By Inga PWe had a "smart box" present and we decided spent one night in the hotel "Fior Di Bosco" what included swimming (spa) visit, dinner and breakfast. Dinner was very good, staff freindly, room clean and light. I can suggest this hotel.

Reviewed By StanOPWe wanted to stay in the Trento region for some wine and mountain experiences. The reviews on Booking.com were great and we were very much looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately, that was the only thing we were looking for during this stay until the check out. Upon arrival we did not really find anyone at the reception and as we wanted to try some local wine I was checking out the bottles on the divider. The most prominent thing was a HUGE spiderweb dangling between the bottles. I was showing this to one of the 2 other people in our party when the checkin person arrived, but they did not seem to care what I was pointing at as the spiderweb was still there 3 days later during the checkout. The room is nicely equipped with separated shower and toilet, but i did not find an air conditioner. There was also a semi-annoying click occurring in the fuse box (inside the room) every time a light switch was pressed. We decided to have dinner at the restaurant on the same evening, for which I have written a separate review and unfortunately it was not a great experience either. One of our friends who stayed in a separate room encountered some hair from a different person in the bathroom and when they wanted to go to bed discovered that the bed sheets did not look clean at all. There was no one at the reception by the time she discovered this and when the situation was described the problem to the hotel staff in the morning, they were rather unapologetic. Luckily in the end they did have the common sense to change the bed linen in the room. For the second night we decided to avoid the hotel restaurant and happily arrived back at 22:00 after a long day in the mountains and really looking forward to a long night of sleep. However, this was not to be. Upon arrival we discovered the hotel was hosting a wedding, without any notification to the guests beforehand. This made onsite parking quite complicated as most guests arrived by car. The music was loud and could be clearly heard in the room even with the closed windows. We were quite grateful when we realised it was raining around midnight when the wedding was finishing and most of the guests were gone by 0:30. However, the next part of the show was the staff that decided to clean up and were banging a truck/van door for the next hour and dragging tables along the ground. On the final night two of us had a good sleep due to the exhaustion from the previous night, but our other companion was heavily disturbed by people singing and chatting under the windows of her room. Horrible horrible stay, which I would not recommend to anyone and I am honestly still very puzzled by the ratings of both the hotel and the restaurant.

Ottimo per una visita a Trento

A circa 10/15 muniti di auto dal centro di Trento quindi molto comodo e con possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto senza problemi. Rapporto qualità-prezzo prezzo fantastico! se saremo di nuovo nei dintorni ci torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!!

Reviewed By sanka87B&B molto bello e curato nel paesino di Palù di Giovo. La pulizia è davvero alta e la suite è davvero ampia con camera salotto e ampio bagno privato. Buona anche la colazione. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Sicuramente sarà un nostro punto di riferimento in trentino.
