Reviewed By Dominik AThis tiny Villa is situated a couple minutes away from the busy Medina of Essaouira! Without GPS hard to find for the first time! Once you close the big blue gate behind you, the calm is yours! There are only 2 rooms( one sleeps 4, one for 3),so if you come as a family the whole place is yours! Breakfast is included and dinner can be , but has to be preordered though a day in advance! Jean-Charles, the owner is taking care together with his mom, so you feel very welcome immediately! We spent 5 nice days there with beautiful weather ! If you want to be on your own, go there and relax!

Welcome to Riad Titima - Essaouira Located in a small Douar 15 minutes of Essaouira, Riad Titima is a haven of peace, tranquility and relaxation. The stone-built house stands in the middle of a park, with secular trees such as "Arganiers" and "Olives". The pool and terraces invite to relaxation and barbecues. Everything has been thought to offer you a dream vacation in the countryside, at stone's throw from the Atlantic Ocean. Built in a neo-classical Moroccan style, typical of the area, the house offers all modern comforts, with a touch of traditionalism. The raw materials of the country are in the spotlight: stone, wood, brick, wrought iron, zelliges ... The whole forms a harmonious whole. Traditional Moroccan lounge is the center of the house, with its open fireplace to make a roaring fire when the evenings are cool. The rooms are built all around, with views of the pool or gardens. The upstairs bedrooms are complemented by a terrace with views of the surrounding countryside.

Reviewed By ColimaGringoThis is a relaxing and surprisingly luxurious riad. Clean, comfortable, well furnished rooms. Good food, friendly and helpful staff. English limited. Good base for excursions and for laying back. Great pool.

Beautiful place close to Essaouria
Reviewed By Ange MStayed at his riad for a week! Very good service where every wish is fulfilled. The location is set outside of essouira But the riad provides information about car rental and taxi. Beautiful environment, the rooms and accomadtion are in great condition. Really personal and cosy spot so I recommend it if you are looking for a place to relax in.

Magnifique séjour !

Le lieu est superbe et accueillant & l'équipe est chaleureuse, attentionnée, très professionnelle, et ils ont répondu à toutes nos petites demandes (accueil bébé, Lessives,,) . Les chambres sont très bien entretenues, les sanitaires supers fonctionnels, la piscine/le jardin très agréable et la cuisine gourmande et savoureuse. L'hôtel est situé hors d'essaouira, le long d'une route qui nous emmène en moins de 10 min en voiture. On entend un peu le traffic mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. On recommande vivement ! Bonne continuation à toute l'équipe.

Reviewed By 680isajOur stay in Libert’Art was perfect!!! Such a cozy and relax place to enjoy vacations! The owners are very nice and warm people! We literally felt at home! The animals in the hotel are super cute and friendly! Moona is a very simpatic donkey and there is also 6 cats, one dog and 12 little turtles hanging around in the courtyard. We wished we could stay more!

En voyant des posts et stories je suis tombé sous le charme du cadre et de l'emplacement isolé de la ville, j'ai contacté la propriétaire pour plus de renseignements. Elle était sympa et avenante, donc je lui ai demandée comment faire pour effectuer une réservation et m'a répondu d'envoyer une garantie de 200,00 MAD, moi de bonne foi j'ai envoyé 500,00 MAD qui est le tarif d'une nuitée ( sachant que j'ai réservé deux nuitées ), j'ai envoyé la preuve du paiement et la propriétaire m'a demandé de passer en WhatsApp ce qui était le cas et tout allait super bien jusqu'à l'instant. Vu mon travail, j'ai eu un empêchement de dernière minute, je l'ai contactée en lui expliquant la situation par contre je ne vais pas annuler ma réservation et vais l'offrir à mon papa qui va venir à ma place. Elle était d'accord... La veille du jour d'arrivée je lui ai envoyée le paiement de la 2ème nuitée. Le jour J mon papa n'a pas pu se déplacer jusqu'à Essaouira, je l'ai contactée pour expliquer la situation et de me reporter la réservation au week-end d'après. Alors à cet instant là c'était le CHOC TOTAL, j'ai eu affaire à une personne différente ( je parle toujours de la propriétaire ), elle a quasiment changé de comportement d'une personne sympa à une autre violente et brutale. Elle était vraiment vulgaire et trop méchante. Elle a refusé de me reporter la réservation sans aucune explication fournie et a insisté de me facturer la première nuitée à 600,00 MAD et me rembourser 400,00 MAD. J'ai bien évidemment refusé en lui expliquant que je ne veux pas de remboursement car je ne suis pas entrain d'annuler ma réservation mais juste la reporter. Elle ne voulait rien savoir et insiste toujours d'un ton grossier et péjoratif à me prendre 600,00 MAD. J'ai beau essayé de lui faire comprendre que je suis un Cadre Hôtelier depuis des années et on a toujours à faire à ce genre de situations dont on doit se montrer plus empathique et ayant un sens commercial pour garder et fidéliser nos invités. Tout cet effort n'a pas donné de fruits. Mes efforts étaient vains et elle a fini par me prendre 600,00 MAD alors qu'elle ne demande que 200,00 MAD de garantie. Afin de s'assurer de ce que j'ai écrit est bel et bien vrai, merci de me contacter et je vous enverrai toutes les preuves nécessaires ( Captures écrans, échanges vocaux et écrits ).
